Nick, if you have problems with paypal, you should be contacting your customers who are expecting it to renew... I've been sat around for a few days thinking my proxies will renew and not only haven't they, but I have to fish around and email you an find out here there may be a paypal issue again. Come on Nick, paying-customers are usually worth the effort to keep buddy...

Support has went downhill since I started with these proxies. I woke up and all are dead again. The rebill isn't until tomorrow. Canceled my sub and going elsewhere. This is really horrible support. If proxies are vital to you, you may want to go elsewhere. If you don't need them up 90% of the time, then his service is good. I hope he can get back on track like he use to be. :\

Ahhh,,, This is no way to grow a business. Nick, you need to CARE MORE for existing customers. It is far easier and cheaper to sell more to an existing customer than it is to find a new customer. I myself, an easy loyalist am working with someone else this month just because its easier than messing around with setting up yet another subscription to you Nick that may or may not automatically renew. I don't want to think about whether or not the proxies will be renewed, I just want them sorted every month, on time with no dramas. Don't want to have to random check to see if they are still alive or wonder if the payment has gone out.... Nick,, you gotta sort out your business pal.

He's THE WORST PERSON i dealt with when i needed partners for my business!

He doesn't give a shit about customers, never replies, always send proxies late... I stopped giving him my money 2 months ago, HE DOESN'T deserve it!!

When he will lose all his customers he'll go around crying and wondering why.. USELESS!
