I tried to use the free version to scrap IDs from Fans Scrapper and after loading a page url and pressing "extract IDs", the logger load a few IDs and then nothing happened ...

which version of the software are you using? This looks like a pretty old code.

Please do get the latest updated version from support.

I think you need to click on 'export to database', to get the .csv file of those ids, which can be then used with the FB ads or whatever thing you need it for.
