Actually there is no way to scrape all the members of the fan page, unless you own the page or are admin of the page.

I thought that was possible, facebook blaster pro use to be able to do it, is this patched by fb now?

You can't scrape all the members of the page (100% of them) unless you are an admin. I am pretty sure about that.
However if the fan page is quite active and users comment, like stuff on it then those users can be scraped by FD.

Hello friends, now that this software has been out for a while I'd be happy to hear what the users have to say about the Friend Adding function.
I'm basically just interested in adding new friends (and account management which FD seems to do well). I've been using Facebook Blaster Pro previously but I can't seem to get the latest version to work, considering switching.

FD is an automation software for facebook, it's not a hack tool.
Whatever you can do manually on facebook, you will be able to automate that stuff using FD.
Its not a Holy Grail which if bought will start pumping $$, however if you do the very basic stuff which comes in the money making manual you should start making decent money online on Facebook.
