Businesspro if you had check my profile you would see that i have'nt been online until now, making it impossible to reply to PM's. I explained what the issue was, It took me three goes to rebuild by box and kill the the root kit. The rootkit was spamming emails off my IP address, which is a drop everything and fix it now situation.
I understand that silence can be fustrating, but I've been selling sites online for years, and you are the first person to complain. I'm not promising anything that i can't deliver. I apoligise about the delay, but sometimes shit happens.
No problem dude. However, I never complained about the quality of your work or ability, just lack of communication. I assumed the issue was minor, so I thought you'd be back to work in a day or so. I sent two PMs to no avail. Anyway, that's water under the bridge. Just a kind suggestion from someone who managed a customer support unit, if you have a customer who stated they really needed a product or service you're selling by a predetermined date and it's agreed by both parties and you can't meet that deadline due to an unforseen issue, provide them with a timeframe by which you might be able to finish. I mentioned I'm an IM noob and not a techie type, before this happened in one of my first PM's to you. The whole "destroy a root kit" thing, is foreign to me. I would have better understood, I have to replace my entire hard drive before I can complete your project and this might take 2-3 days. I would have never "went there", if that had been done. Anyway, what's done is done. We'll communicate by PM, for the rest of the way.
