No hands proxies is a separate program ?
I had the delay set to 15s that is probably why my proxies got screwed so fast. As I run them some times with gsa at 300 threads without problems.

Hi there
Could you please explain more about "OBL"? To be frank, it's the very first time for me using automated tool for link building. Already downloaded trial version and learning NHSEO through YouTube. But I'm quite confusing with OBL setting. I still couldn't catch how it works and what the best "number" for OBL. Looking forward. Many thanks!

Just downloaded the demo and gave it a run and everything seemed to work fine, although when i added a 2nd profile and click run, it seems like its posting the 1st profile. Maybe there is something i missed, im not sure.

Yes No Hands Proxies is a separate tool altogether. It is available here for just $27 for the same lifetime license and can also be run on 2 machines simultaneously as No Hands SEO can.

15s is really a bit too low and could have been contributing to the proxies getting burnt out quicker than normal but shared proxies are quite susceptible to getting burnt out due to the fact that you don't know who else is using them and if they are being considerate with them if they are also using them for searching.

It's just because there will have been some jobs queued for the first profile that are still yet to be finished before another job queue is built. When these jobs have been exhausted NHSEO will start to add jobs for this new profile to the list. It shouldn't take too long but it won't be instant.

OBL is the outbound link limit for each potential post. An outbound link is a link to a different website than the one it is on and having a huge amount of these suggests that the site has been spammed quite heavily.

If you are building links directly to your money site it is likely that you would not want sites with a huge amount of outbound links so you may want to set the limit to 250 (just an example but could be used if you want) whereas if you are building links to your tier pages then you may be a bit less tight on their settings and as such you may want to leave it unset so you can get as many links as possible.

As every website and webpage is unique there is no "best" setting for this as it is all relative as to what you are promoting and what you want from it.

I don't know if you have seen all of the tutorial videos on the support forum but there is a thread with a bunch of them that show the settings and how to setup a profile, they can be found here. As I mentioned previously, I will be adding to these videos in the coming days to really expand a lot on what a lot of the newer controls do and how to properly setup a profile for best effect.

If you have any more questions about any other controls I'm always happy to answer them here.

i'm giving no hands seo trial a shot.. so far not having a great experience with it.. i've been trying both this and GSA. GSA posted 300 links and stopped as part of their trial. Lot of spammy stuff, but that was default settings.

So far with No Hands SEO, I am not using any proxies.. just default out of the box settings.. add a profile and hit go.. it's been the second day.. and these are the stats for the profile:

Profile type: website, Verified Links : 0 (assuming i need to run something to verify?),
Posted: 5, Pages 104, Keyword progress: 15/166
Whois 0/3266

Any suggestions on what could be happening? The logs seem to always suggest finding 0 targets. Is that because I'm not using proxies? So the delay is long and it takes a while to find actual places to post to?

Thanks.

Yes that is because you are running without proxies. It would appear (from the few details given) that your IP has been temporarily limited by the search engines and as such you are not getting any targets to post to. Is there any mention of bad search proxy in the log or is it just 0 added links?

Either that or your search keywords entered are very specific to the point there are few if any targets relating to those keywords and of the platforms being searched for. 5 posts should be exceeded within the first minute of running.

You don't need to run anything to verify links, it is all done automatically but as you have only made 5 posts so far it is unlikely that you would have made any links anyway. Though you can check this by running a Link Check from the Check Links tab. The Check Links tab is just used for re-checking posts for new links and/or checking how many of the linking pages are still linking back to you, it is not a necessary thing to do.

What sort of search keywords are you running with? If you don't want to post them in public you can PM me them. Search keywords should be as vague as possible to ensure that you are getting as many niche relevant targets as possible. So for example if you are targeting a site about "Used blue ford trucks in florida" you would not ever use the keyword "Used blue ford trucks in florida" for searching with, instead you would have a list like "ford, ford trucks, trucks, used trucks, florida trucks, florida fords, blue fords, blue trucks" etc.

The above search keywords ensures that you are getting lots of targets and that they are in your broad niche so your links will have plenty of relevancy.

Pm sent with keywords.

Hoping to get this sorted out and using this asap and your proxy harvester.

Replied. If you still don't have this sorted tomorrow then send me another PM and I'll try to guide you some more to get it sorted.

I have just released a new update for both No Hands SEO and No Hands Proxies.

Release notes for No Hands SEO are:
* Added: Option to remove burnt proxies from searching proxy list (great for when using public proxy checker software such as No Hands Proxies
* Added: Option to stop searching if number of searching proxies is below a certain amount
* Added: Internal proxy list specifically for searching
* Added: Message for when host IP is burned in a search engine
* Improved: Cleared lots of unused code
* Improved: Error checking in job output saving code for better stability

.

When search fail due to a bad search proxy and NHSEO remove the bad proxy?

Do it then re-search that same URL with a new proxy?

If not, is it perhaps possible?

This is already done so as not to needlessly burn through your keywords when searching is not happening successfully.

so i've updated to the latest version of NHSEO and NH Proxy.. and using both i'm getting a lot more posted.. so far not so many verified links but that will come... my problem was having exact match keywords set when searching causing it to not find many targets..

so far so good and probably will buy both pieces of software.. only thing is this chews through a ton of bandwidth :) I guess that's expected so will probably need a cheap vps soon to run this non stop

Where is the OBL feature that i can manually set ? I can't seem to find it.

Settings=>More tab and its in the "Prevent Posting Settings" group of controls. You can also set this per profile in the Add Profile Wizard=>Link Settings tab or to an existing profile via the Profile Handler=>Profile Specific Settings tab.

Easy peasy :)

I've been having a problem with No Hands SEO where it is constantly posting to pages where it isn't in English, a lot of the posts aren't in english actually even though my keywords are only english. Would this have anything to do with the proxies, I currently cannot afford to buy private proxies, so you believe that might have anything to do with it?

Some of the platforms have a higher likelihood of producing non-English links. The main two are DotClear (French) and Aska (Chinese). One thing you could do to prevent this is to run a Link Check on the profile and see what platforms are resulting in the most non-English links and disable them in the Settings=>Platforms tab.

The next update has some improvements to the way searches are performed and it should provide more results from the chosen regions than before (current default is US / English results), so it may be that the next version that should hopefully be released tomorrow will improve on this situation a great deal.

trying to use captcha sniper.. when I go to test captcha sniper it says please enable "death by captcha"... how can I use captcha sniper?

To use Captcha Sniper you simply choose "Captcha Sniper" from the "Captcha Service" list and check the option titled "Use Captcha Sniper" and then save the settings. I imagine all you need to do is actually save the settings.

None of the settings are ever applied until you hit the Save button.

Thank you, after your suggestion I found the platforms that weren't in english, also blocked specific domains from certain areas such as .pl, .fr and included the search for English in the profile handler.

Another issue that I am having is that even though I make sure to mark minimum PR to 1, it continues posting to websites that are pagerank of 0, why is that happening, any ideas? I tried both domain and page < 1; but did not work.

EDIT: Tried again but continues to post to websites that has a pagerank of 0, even though as stated before I set to a minimum to pagerank 1. Proxies are set to check pagerank.

Prevent Posting Settings:
max Outbound Links: 35
Min PR: DOMAIN(also set to page before) : 1

I just briefly checked this and found it to be working fine. I didn't delve too deeply so there may be some sort of bug but nothing overly obvious. If you could send me a sample of some of these sites that it posted to and didn't actually have PR I would be happy to look at it in the morning, or even if you could zip the DATABASE.db3 file from your "My Documents\No Hands SEO" folder and send me a link to it I will be able to see the links and how you have your settings and profiles setup to check if any of the specific setting are at fault.

To test it I set the min domain PR and ran for a few minutes (admittedly on very slow settings as I wasn't using proxies), it generated a PR1, 2 and 3 link and each checked out correctly.

The update that I planned to have out today will now come out tomorrow as I just got busy on testing a bunch of things but it should really help searching and proxy handling even more.

After tweaking things around, I started to get PR 1 links posted, although my question is, in your personal use of NHS, have you been able to calculate a percentage of how many posts gets accepted, with related comments of course.

How many links do you usually get per day posted(with private proxies or however you use it)?
