I suggest in future you spend more than a couple of minutes with a tool and find out what it is about before casting aspersions like that.
Yes NHSEO will send WEBSITES, not webpages just the homepage of a profile entered as a website, to whois / indexing websites but this is by far the only link building it does and is an incredibly small part of the link building potential in NHSEO. It is meant to get your website indexed and nothing more, these links are not for ranking and if you had read around the tool and done a modicum of research you would have found this very easily, e.g. on the homepage of my website

Also NHSEO is the only tool of its kind to crawl a website for its inner pages and promote these, it even goes further and allows you to promote separate anchor texts for every individual page even from within the same profile. These are features that have been in NHSEO since day 1.
I was going to point out all of the areas that SJ is deficient compared to NHSEO but ultimately I shouldn't have to bash another members products just to prove a member such as yourself wrong (even if NHSEO posts to 20 platforms while SJ does 6). The FACT is that NHSEO has features that other competing tools do not, whois posting for website indexing, website crawling for inner page promotion, easy modification of profiles and their inner pages, auto-start / no need to load in profiles; to name a few. I have added more features to NHSEO in the last 2 weeks than SJ has added in the last year.
I am not even going to say a thing about scrapebox as it is a completely different tool and is not even aimed at a similar section of the market.
I would like to think that people would test out a tool for more than just a few minutes before making such a crazy over the top post in a sales thread. I guess you didn't realise NHSEO has been on sale for almost 2 years now and has been responsible for many first page Google rankings on its own? NHSEO has been getting good reviews this whole time and that is all I need to know.
I could go on and on about why tool X isn't as effective at generating increase in traffic and improvements to rankings but ultimately you only need to glance at the last few posts in this thread to see all of the update and feature additions that I have added to NHSEO in the last two weeks. I will continue releasing updates on my schedule regardless of what ill-informed posts are made about it.
[EDIT] I am not saying you haven't bought it but if you had bought it why did you not just request a refund or get in touch with support to ask how to use it more efficiently instead of posting something like this in my sales thread. If you have genuinely bought it you would be eligible for a full refund within 7 days. I have worked with many of my users to show them the ropes and would have (also still will) explained the whois posts and that they are just the first part of promotions for website profile and by no means the pinnacle of backlinks from NHSEO.
