I see your PM from 3 weeks ago and I am very sorry that I did not reply. To be honest I am not really sure what happened there as I always do my best to get people answered as soon as I get the message. My apologies for this.

I will reply to it right now.

I realize there is no way to guarantee a d*follow. The GSA SER handles this with a project checkbox labeled "Try to skip nofollow links". In other words, there is no guarantee.

I've got some sites that were hit hard by Penguin, and brighter people than I have looked at my profiles and concluded that my no/do follow ratio is waaaaay out of whack and could be contributing to the ranking problems. These are sites with 100% original content composed by a highly literate writer. Namely *me*.

I've stopped using nhseo on these sites for the time being.

This is the thing even if it were to be implemented it would be so inaccurate for the reasons mentioned above it would be just as likely to prevent posting on legitimate follow blogs and allow nofollow than anything else. Some of the platforms that are posted to are set to follow by default, and I can only assume this is how other apps decide on likelihood of a follow or nofollow, but in the majority of cases are set to not give a follow link so even that is very inaccurate.

If it were possible to do in anyway that would be less random than it is currently it would have been added but it will severely lower the number of links created and not give a real tangible increase in follow links vs nofollow.

What variation is there to the links it gives? Any danger of google penalising for a load of similar links being thrown at the site?

Links are posted to more than a dozen platform from an endless number of domains and of varying quality. You can set a limit on the number of outbound links per page to post to and also by PR to ensure a decent quality of link, at the cost of quantity.

is it panda safe? should i link directly to my main site or to a shield?

I have personally used NHSEO at length on many different money sites (at least 20) and also to prop up pages that link to my money site and have not seen any appreciable drop in traffic or rankings in any search engine update. Some people will always say that penalties can occur but in the cases where someone is claiming a penalty always be sure to read all of the details as every case I have seen has been a misunderstanding due to lack of experience or outright FUD.

I have posted screenshots of my website stats for many different domains right after the penguin update to show that none of the sites I had run NHSEO on extensively and not one saw any sort of drop, in fact one server of (around a dozen) domains saw around a 5% increase in traffic.

Hi, i download the trial version and i run the program about 10 hours and only 211 confirmed links... this is ok? Thanks

If you are not using proxies then it is about normal you can greatly increase this figure by using good private proxies as they allow NHSEO to do far more searching and posting. You can try increasing the number of max threads but generally there is no need to touch the settings unless you know exactly what you are doing.

Ok man, THANKS! i will try now :)

Had an issue and J solved it under 2 hours. Talk about support! A+

Quick question. I have a bunch of tier 1 links that I want to build backlinks to. I goto add profie and I see the muitple pages to single profile part fine. I dont want any links built to the primary site but it seems I am forced to put one in under full address. How do I prevent nohands from posting links to that site and instead using the backlink list I provided in full address list?

Thanks

Hi,
I was also wondering if there are per profile settings? I can't figure out how to make this work. Or are they just global? I tried searching through the thread but the search wont find it for me (I guarantee someone has to have asked that question already).

If you are adding a multiple page profile then you only need to enter in the addresses of the pages you want to promote. If you put in just your list of pages to the "Full Address List" box in the "Add Multiple Pages to Single Profile" group this is all that will be added to your pages list and these are the only pages that will be promoted.

In the "Profile Handler" tab you can change all kinds of settings for each individual profile, or leave them as default to use the global settings. In the Profile Handler you can change limits (PR, OBL and bad words), prevent crawling of certain pages (if website profile), choose market region etc. You can add/remove pages and also set different anchor texts for each page in your profile so each page gets its own relevant backlinks.

I will try this one too and see how it works. Thanks! :)

Cool, if you have any questions just drop em in here.

Hello again, I love this tool and the support and have been using it for quite some time now. But I have always thought it would be cool if someone would do a quick guide to getting the most out of it. Yes it is very easy to use, and your manual is great, but there is still an ok way to use it, and the best way to use it. Things like what to use it on, proxies, what type, best link types, when to ping, how to get the highest PR links, all that good stuff. Thanks.

Hi, I am using this software from two days and have few question.

1. Is it good practice to add separate page in profile with specific keywords or should add main site with all keywords site have.
2. For How Each profile should run.
3. How to restrict software to posting in non related blogs. I have real estate website but i see many post being made to gov and technology sites.
4. How to see what kind of comments being generated automatically by the software.

I hope these are not too much.

Thanks in advance.

There is a support forum with some guides and with lots of questions answered. Generally everything that is wanted is available with the switch of an option and more often than not the best thing to do is not to touch the settings (pretty much everytime someone sees low link numbers or unexpected behaviour it is directly related to bad settings).

Every control has its own pop-up information that explains what it does and the type of input it accepts and will often give example usage, also the bundled manual goes into deeper detail on some of the controls giving further explanation and examples in most cases.

To touch on some of your examples:
Proxies - same as pretty much every SEO tool you just enter the proxies in the format specified and check the "Use Proxies" option. Never use anything less than anonymous for anything (non-anonymous proxies are of no use for about 99% of SEO related tasks)
Best Link Types - NHSEO does not really have any shitty link platforms, I decided not to add in a bunch of platforms that would lead to very poor link quality so there is no real need to remove or add any platforms
When to ping - I would say all the time, no need to touch this option unless you have a third party software or service that you wish to use INSTEAD of NHSEO. I cannot really think of a likely scenario where anyone would want to change this option.
PR links - If you want PR links simply choose the PR you want and make sure that you have sufficient proxies set in "Proxies for Searching" so the PR requests are not limited

If you are ever in doubt about anything just hover over the control and it should provide sufficient detail on what it does and how to use it, failing that you can always ask in here or in the support forum.

If you are promoting pages that are linked, i.e. on the same domain or targetting the same niche then I would add them as a single profile (either website profile or add as multiple page profile). You can set different anchor texts for different pages in the same profile via the Profile Handler=>Pages tab so you can still get anchor texts specific for each page.

You should run the tool for as long as you like, this will depend on how many links you wish to generate and things like how much bandwidth your connection has. This is different for every user.

NHSEO will only search based on the keywords in its profiles, if you have recently added the profile and you are seeing links created from non-related websites then it is possible that your searching proxies are not that great or your initial keywords were very specific. If you are promoting a real estate website in San Francisco that specialises in Mock Tudor villas do not enter "San Francisco Mock Tudor Villas Real Estate" as a search keyword as it will return few to no results and your keywords will be exhausted very quickly and then proceed to find relevant keywords, find none and end up using trending keywords.

Instead of very longtail keywords for your search keywords you should use very vague niche specific keywords such as "Real estate" and others like it so that you maximise your relevant results and allow NHSEO to find far more relevant keywords to use.

However if you are using good proxies, decent keywords and Yahoo it is very likely that the targets are perfectly relevant in the eyes of Yahoo. People think that because a webpage is about something technology related that it cannot be related to real-estate and that the page will have no SEO benefit but this could not be further from the truth. You are not looking for true relevancy you are looking for relevancy in the eyes of the search engines and if the targets have been served up by the search engine then they obviously see that those pages are related to the keywords used to find them. Google gives more recognisably relevant targets.

You can export the list of comments using the right-click menu on your profile or you can use the Link Checker and double click on your linking pages to open the page in your default web browser.

Thanks, Which Proxies Service you recommend to buy. If I don't use them then what are the chances that my Ip would be black listed?

One more question, Lets say my website is in good ranking but one certain page and its keywords are not in good position. should i add that page with its relevant keywords as a new profile or add the domain and add that page under it.

I prefer not to single any one provider out but you can see a list of the different proxy options that have been advised by myself and other users in the Proxy Services post.

If you don't use proxies you shouldn't get your IP banned or restricted in the search engine unless you run more searching threads, default should be perfectly safe. It is likely that your IP will get banned in Akismet and possibly by other spam lists but the result of these will be largely negligible unless you plan on doing manual commenting in future. Most internet connections have a dynamic IP address so if you find your IP is blocked and you wish to do some manual commenting it should just be a case of restarting your router, not really much of an issue.

Having said that good proxies will allow you to post more due to be able to search more and are great at hiding your home/office IP address.

As for your question about the not so popular page on your website that is really something you will want to decide for yourself, you definitely can do that but do be aware that if you do it is very likely that there will be a lot of overlap in the links created between your page profile and website profile, this isn't great for a natural looking linking pattern.

Is there any video where i can see this software in action?

There are but they are really quite old now and missing a huge amount of features so you would be best to just download the No Hands SEO trial. This way you can see the most up to date version working and play around with it. The trial is fully functional for 7 days.

Hello again, I have been getting some feedback on spammy comments. I haven't touched the format of the comment area, how do I see what random comment it's spitting out and how do I change it? Can it be specific from profile to profile?
