I am running NHS for the first time with the recommended settings and 10 private proxies. So far backlinks are coming in after 1 hour of use. Well designed websites with relevant keywords/anchor text/custom comments. It's running great.

A few questions:

Logs on No hands pinger and No hands indexer are empty even though NHS clearly shows verified pages. Should this be a concern?

Secondly, is there a good percentage rate I can use to see if my profiles are setup well? For instance if I have 250 posts and only 20 successful verified links, is that considered good or should I take a moment and see what I can improve?

Thirdly, is there a way to change the usernames to make them more relevant to the types of names people associated with my keywords tend to use?

Thanks a lot for this great tool!! It's really fantastic.

I'm glad you are liking my software.

When you have enabled No Hands Indexer and/or No Hands Pinger in No Hands SEO and saved the settings any new link generated by No Hands SEO is automatically sent to NHI and NHP and they should be visible in the page list in either/both apps. Entries will only be added to the log when you hit the start button as in No Hands SEO.

Confirmed links to Posts ratio will vary from about 1% upwards depending largely on your settings so your 8% is fine, nothing exceptional but then your sample size of 250 is tiny so it isn't really possible to say whether it is high or not as it will all change a lot as time passes. If you disable the WP based comment systems (WP, CommentLuv, KeywordLuv, NoFollow Free, TopCommentators) your percentage will be much higher but you will miss out on lots of good linking opportunities as these tend to be a source of some of the more quality backlinks that you will get so it is worth leaving them enabled as I would rather have more decent links than a higher percentage of links.

I don't understand what usernames you are regarding, do you mean when posting? If so the anchor text is used for these and this is because most platforms have and that is what the link is on these platforms so if it were to be something else you wouldn't be getting any ranking benefit for your keywords. If I am missing the point by all means let me know.

i have some questions ( im newb in SEO )

1. i'm running 1 profile ( 3 keywords ) with default settings and without proxy ( using VPS IP ) is this ok ? when i stop it or just let it run until 3 keyword processed ? and when it stopped i run again with same keywords or change it to another keywords ? how to receive more backlinks ?

2. im receiving about 1498 verified links / 4436 posted , is this good result ?

thanks .

If you are using a VPS I would advise you use proxies as some do not like you to use the given IP address for posting, it isn't likely you will get a complaint but it is possibly against their ToS depending on your VPS provider. However No Hands SEO will run fine without proxies and won't need any proxies unless you are using a PR limit.

3 Search Keywords is not a lot and I am sure that virtually all niches will have many times this amount that would be usable for getting relevant targets to post to, again NHSEO will work fine with even 0 search keywords but that doesn't mean it will get many relevant targets with a low amount of search keywords.

As far as anchor texts go you really should be using far more than just 3 variations, if you really cannot think of more variations that just 3 you will want to be using the built in generic anchor text variation controls to add some variety to your anchor texts. This is because Google seems to be really rewarding websites with a varied anchor text pattern and it is just good practice to keep it as varied as possible for long term ranking gains.

can u improve adding target urls?
wanted to add 1,3 mil urls and is not responding for over 20 minutes.wanted to cancel the software but i cant.i can do it only on task manager but probably the target url list is not imported.also after list was imported (not sure if it did as long i cancel it from task manager after 20 mins of not responding) is still searching for target urls on goog and yah

Currently there are some delays placed on the process of adding links to the DB to cut down on CPU usage while posting. I will take some of them out and see how it runs for the next update that will hopefully be out today.

I bought the software this weekend, got a VPS account, and purchased 50 proxies. Watched the videos and got everything setup including indexer and pinger.

I am stuck on how to create the comments because I don't understanding how they will be integrated with the list of anchor texts that were inputed in the Basic Profile Details. Does the comment have to have the anchor text word in it and you match that to the anchor texts that were inputed to know what words should be the anchor text? Or do you just append the anchor text somehow to the beginning or end of the comment?

Just wondering if I have to be diligent and making sure I have enough comments for each anchor text.

Also, I didn't see any recommendations for what the length of the comment should be. Like what should be the maximum length, optimal minimum and maximum lengths, etc....

And lastly, in your videos you mention that you should have a good bit of comments if you are going to be pointing these links at your money site. How many comments should I be shooting for? I read Justenjoy's successful post and he was using Content Foundry to create 'Hundreds of super spin unique comments built using content foundry tool". I am going to be using NHSEO for many sites, I wonder if it just would be easier and safer to use Content Foundry. So is it true that the more spun comments you have, the better it is because the more unique they will be?

Thanks

Comments don't have to have your anchor texts, though there is an option to use the currently used anchor text in your comment. The comments and anchor texts aren't intrinsically linked or anything though unless you use the comment tags to insert the anchor text into your comment.

Comment length isn't massively important to be honest, I have seen short 3 or 4 word comments and long essay style comments. Obviously the longer your comments are the better it can be for adding relevancy to the pages that you are posting to but I find a paragraph or two is fine and it won't take you a year to get your profiles setup.

As for how many comments I would suggest as many as you can be bothered to write, you can add/edit these after the profile is added. Obviously having more comments will give more variation so generally the more the merrier but how many is enough is really down to you. To give an idea I usually aim to write 10 or more comments and then use a spinner (I alternate as I have no idea which is the best) to generate the variation in these comments so it goes from 10 hand written comments to many hundreds (maybe thousands) of different variations. Obviously inserting anchor texts and search keywords will add to this variation as well. I haven't used or really looked into Content Foundry so I can't really comment on it.

Thanks for the info!

I am up and running my first project/profile. In the first hour I have 3582 posts with 1345 verified links. I am assuming most of these are from the the Whois posts. I am running with 50 proxies, 10 searching threads and 180 posting threads.

I use to buy manual blog follow comments that would cost me $25 per 100 posts x 10 websites once or twice per month. The comments were never as good as the ones I created today. So I have already achieved 3 of my goals: 1) reduce my costs 2) increase the quality and 3) increase the diversification (follow, no-follow, 53 diff. platforms, many spun relevant comments, many anchor texts and many keywords) Now all I have to do is see if my 4th goal of increasing my rankings is achieved. Blog comments have always boosted my rankings in the past, so I am expecting the results of this tool to be no different.

Now time to setup my other 9 sites. These should go a lot quicker now. I feel today was a big step in the right direction for my SEO business.

Thanks so much for all your help here, in the PM's and especially the real good training Videos you have created. Your guidance in obtaining and setting up good proxies, a good VPS, indexing and pinging tools, and captcha software (that I am still on the fence about purchasing). I have never used a VPS, much less install, setup and run an SEO tool. I started purchasing and setting up everything yesterday, and 24 hours later I am up and running my first project. Very, very well done Jimbo!

I noticed the amount of verified links slowed way down after the project posted to all the Whois sites. I paused the project last night and ran the verified links in the Check Links section and indeed most of them where from Whois sites.

I noticed not many posts were being successful and decided to remove the city modifier from all my 39 keywords. The interesting part was when I replaced with the new keywords, the profile showed the new keywords were added to the old ones when looking at the total keywords. Only when the project got to keyword 40 a little while ago, I notice the the posted and verified link count started increasing more rapidly now that the search terms are not as limiting. I also changed my OBL limit to 1000 from 250. I can not tell if this change has taken affect as the message just says "Post Page over OBL" as it did before.

My verified links are 1428 (about 2 hours ago it was still around 1350, so the new keywords have made a big difference) and my posted links are 6472.

@Legends, I have replied to your PM

@b520fp0 - Whois links are posted first and have a much higher success rate (overall) than most of the other platforms and they do not required searching for so obviously the links will come in much quicker at first. However with good proxies there is no reason that a good rate of backlinks can't be sustained easily. Also whois posts generally have a very low OBL so any limit used won't affect these which is another reason the links come in much quicker.

Changes to limits (OBL, PR, bad words etc) are all applied right away. The log doesn't state how many links are on a page because as soon as the limit is reached the page is rejected, this is to save on CPU cycles as parsing webpages and counting the links can get quite intensive across many threads and it is unnecessary to count past the limit.

If you want to remove your previous search keywords you can use the Search Keywords tab, the input box for your search keywords is more used for setting up the profile and it is also used if/when all search keywords are removed (NHSEO will take the original search keyword list and apply it in this case). You get much more control over the search keywords via the Search Keywords tab in the Profile Handler.

Thanks. So far so good!

Maybe I should slow down how many links a day at this point? I am up to 7240 posted and and 1446 verified. This website is about 1 year old and has about 3k links already.

I wonder if a good strategy would be to not have a daily limit until the Whois posts are completed and then set a daily limit? But this would still result in a big spike of links in a short period. Maybe a daily limit wouldn't be necessary for aged sites that already have a good amount of links? But I would think, a gradual building of link velocity would be safer. If the whois links don't give the sites as much boost as blog links, it would be nice to get them posted ASAP so the blog links can get started. Or maybe the posting will just slow down naturally after the first day, and setting a daily limit won't be necessary? Maybe the indexing service shouldn't be started right away, so at least the initial big blast of websites can possibly drip feed in slower?

I am up to 7252 posts and still 1446 verified.

Well I see I am going to have fun playing with all the options. If anyone wants to put in their 2 cents, feel free to comment. Time to setup my 2nd project.

why i can't post without proxies? and why profile just switch to "inactive" in"harvester mode" proxy, and nhs just stop job. (this is happens just in last version)

If you are concerned with the number of links you are making per day there is no reason to not just set a limit and leave it at that, it may take a few days to get the through the whois links but if you are worried about it then maybe following the "better safe than sorry" line of thinking could be more favourable for you. Personally I haven't had an issue with generating large amounts of links per day but I understand that lots of people would disagree with that sort of link building.

If your websites are aged somewhat and you are already indexed you may not even need the whois posts, they are relatively low power as far as ranking benefits go (more suited to getting indexed initially) so you could maybe just disable them in the Settings tab. At least that way you wouldn't need to be concerned with waiting to get through the Whois posts to get to the links from the other platforms that will be more suited to improving rankings.

There is nothing stopping anyone from posting without proxies. I don't know why a profile would be setting itself to deactivated, unless obviously there was a daily link limit for the profile that was being reached.

Are you looking in the log? When the proxy harvester is finding and checking proxies it won't be searching or posting as the threads will all be used up for proxy harvesting and checking so it may seem that nothing is happening when looking at the profile list but there is likely lots of working being done "under the hood".

Is it worth it to enable to use pages? If my comment got pushed to page 2 does that backlink still count?

They still count as a link its just that they move around to different pages so that they can be hard to track with the Link Checker.

Started my 2nd profile/project yesterday, looks like these keywords find more targets, I am already at 2018 verified and 20500 posted.

Questions:
1) What happens when keyword progress say for example 87/87. Does that mean the keyword list is exhausted? Should I be adding hundreds of keyword variations?

2) Looks like platforms are under settings for all profiles. Is there a way to pick platforms per project?

Thanks

When keyword progress gets to X/X (87/87 in your case) NHSEO will begin to search for more keywords based on your original list of keywords, it will never stop finding keywords to search with. You can add more but it isn't necessary. NHSEO can actually run fine without entering any search keywords (not that I would necessarily advise it)

Currently it is not possible to choose platforms per profile but this is intended for a future update.

how i remove added target urls?thx

i also want to know how I remove added target urls

Right click on a profile and choose "Remove targets" and go from there. This will remove all targets from the selected profile(s)

I Am interested
