I ordered the medium package + 15% discount. OP delivered a detailed report with all links, sorted by their PR.
All links are live with actual PR on the comments page (and not just on the homepage).
All comments are "follow" as promised!
Haven't seen any SERP improvement yet, but that's because it needs time.
OP answered my questions fast, even after he has completed the job - so it's good to work with someone like him.
This is my first purchase at BHW and I must say I recommend it

Answer to your question :
Average OBL is 50 - 150
Some are below 50 OBL and some are Above 150 .
We harvest blogs on regular basis so one list is usefull for only 10 - 20 clients then new list .
And no Adult related blogs in list .

Received report . Some points about service .
1. TAT is lightening fast
2. Communication with OP is fast (always online when i need to talk)
3. Manually checked all links and all are live . 2 were not working but OP fixed within 10 minutes .
4. Report in excel including PR and keyword used
5. I am writing review 3 days i got my report , just because i wana see my keyword rankings , my keyword was of hard competition and on 200 # , but now within 3 days its in top 80 and increasing .
6. Price ? I think price is cheap who love teir rankings
I personally recommend this service and will use it again
