I sent already 2 emails (first 2 days before end of trial with request of cancellation), yesterday you charged me for something what I cancelled !!!

I sent information to PayPal about unauthorized payment and on your contact email. It was Yesterday.

Now I feel a little bit frauded as you promised to cancel trial if I won't like it and now you even don't want respond on my emails !!!

I also explain situation on PayPal, but no further contact from your side....

What the heck is going on here? As far as I remember you were the main coder of this, which pretty much means the project comes to an end, doesn't it?

Why not update people what's happening from now on at Vseo forum? Lots of us are spending lots on this and we have the right to know at least..

I have concerns for the customers, thats why I put a warning. If vseo will fall apart, Im going to contact those who paid lifetime licenses and give them access to a build I created. GG is the owner of vseo, all the domains etc. But I have the codes. If GG cant keep everything intact, I will shoulder you guys. So dont worry.

Yeah, but I contacted with you 2 days BEFORE the end of trial to cancel it, as normal provider doing. I never cancel by my own.

I sent an email, and you ignore it. Ok I think no big problem when I saw that you took my money after my cancellation (why no one sent an email with information that I have to cancel it by my own ???), I will simple write to support and I'm sure that they will refund it without problem.


BUT.

I'm trying reach contact with you from 5 DAYS !!!! 5 DAYS !!! 2 DAYS BEFORE END and 3 days after you took my money.



Your advice you can pass to other people who want's cancel their trial. Please start checking your support email instead sitting on BHW on other forums and start providing service for which you get paid.

It isn't normal that I sent email about cancellation and I don't get ANY RESPOND.


You have to use your SUPPORT email, not forum to let me know what to do to cancel trial.


I sent an email, and you totatlly don't care about it. You just care how your product looks on forum for new pre-customers.

I would buy VenomSEO but not monthly but lifetime, that's why I wanted tried that. BUT now I just want my money back.

Guys, please explain what's going on, and make it a good explanation, because this looks terrible. I really wanted to buy this, but how can I at this point? Nobody wants to spend such amounts on programs that look to be in complete disarray.

OK OK LET ME EXPLAIN WHAT IS HAPPENING.

A. GreenGoblin is an upstanding member of the bhw community and started a project and brought on some coders as partners.

B. For whatever reason the coders decided to screw Green and all the customers by running off and also disabling the product so good paying customers like myself are screwed for the time being.

C. Reinrein broke major protocol by posting this type of post in this thread because it puts a bad light on bhw also as it lowers confidence in all potential buyers.

D. Green is still trying to make things right with the coders.

E. Green is trying to maintain composure and not put at risk the good reputation he has established by trying not to release too many details until the mods look into this.

Ultimately if Green has to, he will hire new coders, and keep this project afloat. So if anyone is thinking that Green has abandoned this project or his customers they are wrong. In fact, it is reinrein that has abandoned his partner, and all of the customers which like myself pay a monthly fee to use this software.

So guys, lets just be patient, let the mods work it out, and when it is settled Green being the upstanding member of BHW that he is will come in and let us all know what the future may hold. Either way its just a speed bump, but the way reinrein handled this has made it to seem much worse than it actually is.

Also, i thought of another point.

Did Steve Jobs design every apple product? Did he do all the coding for the products? NO.

Steve Jobs was the visionary, the overseer.

This is what Green is he is the driving force behind this project, and I have faith in him to see this through and bring it to a good conclusion for all of his customers. Check around you will see Green is very active in BHW and very concerned about keeping a good rep and successful future. Peace.


Also, I can PROMISE you, there are TONS Of coders out there who would JUMP at the opportunity to work on a project like this.

I have a lifetime VSEO and VSEO Pro and this concerns me so much, hearing from reinrein his side makes me worry. Vseo is the one I am concerned since we have seen some great results with it unlike the Pro which depended on the coders.

I admire your honesty on this matter. You are a true coder, as you consider supporting the product even when you know youre out and also with paincake.
I just hope you release a final version for lifetime members that is an improved version of 1.1.2(yes the old version) since that's a stable build with the $user problem.(The only missing part on that was an stable verifier FORGET input rules as it was buggy). I hope you clarify further your side.

Its too bad it does look like that. I understand your judgment cause you dont know anything from the background. I dont want to post anything bad about GG here or anyone, or post logs etc. I dont go to chat that much with you guys since few months ago, for 1 reason and 1 reason only, Im making my eyes bleed facing the computer for 12-16 hours a day coding.
I am locked access from the domains, database etc, now am I just making things worse than it is?
I didnt stopped the authentication process so you cant use it. GG have all the database and domains, I have no access to them anymore. After GG locked me up from accessing everything, I think I know what that means.
Anyway, whatever everyone wants to think about me, its ok. I would be lying if I say Im not expecting it.

As I posted above, those who paid for lifetime licenses, if things go wrong, I will shoulder you. We will still continue the coding for our own marketing needs, and not for sale anymore. But lifetime users will be given access.

Where did you hear that it was good.I have been using it when it first came out.There's only one working database of expression engine which u will get a couple hundred links with,in other hand I can get thousands of thousands of links using xrumer without teaching it anything.The 1st thing that worried me with venom that it looks exactly like xrumer,the coder had no creativity from that on i knew that can't b good as no copycats ever succeed.

In case of pro it gets much worse,they brought this half ass tool out to grab some of the market of senuke.There was a guy named "swetech" that harassed everybody who tried to tell anything good about senuke.When pro first came out it actually was best,it could post to whooping 10-12 web 2.0 properties,no other module absolutely none worked.Then without fixing any issue there's come the new idea "venom scripting".For proving to everyone that it existed they imported 1200 junk pligg site to pro and guess what they didn't given any option to post to them and the 10-12 web2.0 that can be posted to was no more as all the button got vanished.

There is not a single working venomscript out there so far.They have talked abt so much and given the example of the venom pligg script as what scripting can do now guess again it doesn't post to anywhere just shows that it's posting,not very strange as it doesn't provide any url of posted links as well.

The other thing is The interface is totally copied from senuke .There are many copycat of senuke out there but they atleast hav the decency to create their own interface.

And Beehwfan there's no question of who is good and who is bad we paid only for the software and we will judge through the software and you don't even use it anymore after first giving it a go and failing .
