Just a thought:
If you google translate the articles before posting on web 2.0, it can be in foreign language with not much extra effort. I realise it wont work with the article directories, cause they require english, but on web 2.0 a foreign language should be ok?
I realise it's a little extra work, but I would definitely be interested, if I could get that for 5-10% extra. What do you think?

#charlot - Foreign keywords work as well, the article which includes your kw a couple of times will be writen in English and the link placed will have a foreign anchor.
