how are you guys getting a refund, by filing a support ticket? i did that, and it's going to be another 24 hour wait i guess.
 
I would like to purchase this please sign me up when it is fixed.

We are not thieves and know our product is good. 1ShoppingCart seems to have a couple of issues with sending off the license keys but we are manually going through and sending them off. This takes time so please be patient. It should not take longer than 24 hours from the time of purchase.

Also, everyone who has requested a refund has gotten their money back. Simple.
Most people have opened a ticket first and we have helped them get VMR going on their system. We have created a product which we are proud of but because of the nature of video uploading there maybe issues on your system. Launch a support ticket and we will help you get things going. Things take time. We are a two man team and have saw great results with VMR and we want you to have these results as well. It may take us a bit to get to your issue but we WILL get back to everyone.

im trying to get a refund from video marketing robot, there support is not good at all, they do give silly answers or not very clear answers. They wont reply to my reply about about a refund, i really think everyone should stay away from these guys. If anything changes, i will make an update. i really hope they get there act together as a bit of software like this that actually works right would be great for us all as im sure im not the only one that has wanted something like this for a long time.

Same, I have not received the refund as well or a reply from support.

please let me know when all issues resolved as would like to purchase this, but how come it was released with issues. It does not help your creditability

The worst thing is, that market needs, and cry for this tool, but developer simply cannot deliver.
You still have a chance, just do things right. Do not advertise a tool before it is created...
Give it a time and if you, or other smart fella can deliver - I, and many others will gladly order.

My real question is WHY bhw allowed the uncompleted product on the SERVICE for sale.
 
Well I have two tickets open for my refund and still havent received it!

First ticket on the 8th of September :752855
Second ticket I open on the 20th of September:274248

On both I am responded, first one saying you will refund asap on the second one asking for my paypal details which where already in the first one, so I send them again.

And I still have no refund! Whats up!
