6 hrs? no link, no nothing, bought thousands of dollars through paypal, first time i've ever had an issue, so of course it's not paypal, it's VMR launch fail, oh and poor to non-existant support, were ppl really supposed to pay 19$ a month for this type of support/update?

This is so unprofessional. You're making a software and putting the price tag up to $300 and yet you've extended the promised date of Sept. 1 to the 5th and NOW you've can't even deliver the goods to people who bought it. Even the most basic WSO product can be sent automatically. Plan out your marketing plans before you launch freaking product! And can PROMISE IT!

As you can see people are starting to now conspiracy on your goods, thinking that if this is the kind of service were getting the we might just get a freaking refund. I hope you guys can make up to this!

I hope this don't deteriorate the goods to, cuz I bought this too and sent them an email saying that payapl thing saying it was not verified when I actually got the receipt in my email from payapl.

Next time be ORGANIZED!

Agreed, the software functionality is not on release-par as well. Decaptcher doesn't even work, and installed to default directory with no spaces which makes the whole process to not work.

Should state that this program cannot run on your PC while you are doing other things as well!
 
Wow.. they spent all their time marketing software that they should have been tweaking? SHOCKER
 
It has been 10 hours since my purchase and I have not received nothing yet, cmon

The same problem here too, unable to process the order, I hope they extent the offer and fix there delivery system.
 
Everyone who is having issues with not receiving their Key and software please be patient. 1Shoppingcart is only having issues with a few users and we are currently working with their support in order to sort the issue out. Most people have received their software and key but for some reason a few simply don't get it.

If you have not received the software or key, please send me a PM on here with the email you used to purchase and I will verify and send you the key myself.

My paypal is verified and I have issues with the shopping. I did not got my license key and download link...pm sent with email

onelifeaway, my account IS VERIFIED for years and I am still waiting for hours.

- The payment was sent hours ago (I believe I was one of your first customers)
- the money are not in my paypal account for sure

I mean something is wrong in the payment process. I do not know what do you see in your sales admin panel but I suppose that there is info concerning rejected and waiting approval orders. Concerning all this big waiting (pre-launch, one-two launches, after launch etc.) I think that it is not a bad idea to try to find some solution.

BTW I still do not have answer concerning the licence and the number of the computers

P.S. Is there something like ticket support or something else - it is really annoying to discuss all this in the sales thread

I forwarded you my receipt number, time of payment and paypal email response.

Over 12 hours now and still waiting

WOW was excited about this too, the first launch delay I though oh ok well I will wait, now seems not good at all. Not into over priced under performer. Will pass on this one too sketchy for my liking.
 
Using it now for 2 hours on my VPS and here are my thoughts:

1. account creation - very slow, took 1 hour to register 87 accounts, why only 1 window, can't there be at least 6 like in senuke x?
2. email verification - I used my own domain email and when loging in to verify the tool had some strange problems or data error etc, so didn't verified not even 1
3. tried upload videos and dissapointed with that one too, for most of the sites I had to manually select the video on my pc to upload, why that?

I hope this one gets fixed soon as this tool is now useless + why the heck the program uses remote mouse to operate...
 
Finally got my license key and now I getting an error where i get stuck at the registration page... great
