Im still not understanding how this will improve SERPs.

To my knowledge there is nowhere in a youtube upload to drop a link. Does youtube somehow read a watermark as a link?

You can rank a video in Google for your keyword by building backlinks etc to it.

So then you can get super targeted traffic from the Youtube , Daily motion or Metacafe video directly to your site.

So Im still not getting it.. this software is to upload tons of videos that will be web 2.0 properties that I will have to build links to just like my other web 2.0 properties? Then the video ranks for the keyword someone goes to see the video and...manually types in the watermarked url to go to my site?

You can leave your URL in the video description or even put it into the Video title.

Lots of possiblities. Maybe if you cleared all that excrement from your eye's then you may be able to see what i mean haha
