Hm..I'm not sure bookmarking can hurt your ranking, now going big google changes may be trouble is not in links. Just imagine what can I do with your cometitors if bookmarks can drop ranking, it's impossible))
If be honest i have more then 100 orders daily and just 2 guys from all my life said me that their ranking dropped... Can you PM me with details I will try to save your ranking, I never had somebody unhappy)
