I just ordered this product and I'm starting to have HUGE concerns of customer support!! CONVINCE ME GUYS WHY I SHOULDN'T CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!!! This is becoming ridiculous!!

Since I became a subscriber, it's the FIRST TIME we have server downtime. Also it's happening to be long weekend too. It's long weekend(labor day) in US now... Actually I felt frustrated at the beginning like you, and realizing that we may need to wait until next Tuesday... It's beyond my expectation it's fixed sooner than that, at a early sunday morning...
We get covered by Aces1UP! As we can see, he fixed it... Even lacks of communication, but fixing problem itself is customer servicing and important, considering he works as both developer and service...
If you look at all the features we suggested on our support forum linkwheelbandit.uservoice.com We probably could understand that he may has put most of his time put more functions to the software and fixing bugs and issues. To me, having a better software is much more important than customer service... maybe because I'm already a member, but if you don't mind to take a trial if you're not subscribed yet, you will find out the truth before long...You will love it...

As it looks like you're the only programmer for lwb? Because the nature of this software is constant change (websites change their forms and signup processes), will you hire support for this too?

Can we expect a solution to the license problem any time soon? I'm still not in...
Just licenses in the last week have to be redone. If you have opened a support ticket, I will be sure to get with you in the next few hours.

Ace it seems that it's not possible to just keep LWB running to continuously check and repair properties. When the linkwheel is finished it stop working on it, and pressing stop and start again just starts to post more articles...
Any ideas?
The only way a LinkWheel would not HEAL properties after awhile is if you had limits set.. When you have limits set and it finds that all articles are posted for a particular account, it will not try to login/post to that account. Due to this fact the app has no idea if it should heal the account or not..
If you do NOT have limits set, then anytime an account is posted to, and it fails 5 or more times, it will be scheduled for healing.

but does it always post to all properties all the time? Is that the way it find out if it needs to heal?
In that case maybe it would be good to add the option of checking if healing is needed without having to post. Such as just seeing if it's possible to login or not...etc
