you have to make sure all the linkwheels you want to have processed have the active checkbox checked inside linkwheel properties.

My linkwheels are set to active.

Looks like they're running normally again. Going to set up another linkwheel tomorrow and see.

A feature I think LWB desperately needs is an export function for all profile links, blog post links, bookmarking profiles, etc.

This way we could export the list in a .txt format and blast it with scrapebox or build an even bigger link wheel/pyramid with article marketing, forum profiles, etc.

Actually this is one of the aspects of LWB that I feel has room for improvement. I wish the export function would divide the Tier 1s from the Tier2s and the Tier3s as a text file. I am willing to Scrapebox blast those Tier3s, but I rather not mess with Tier1 at all other than a ping. The way it is now...well as I said it leaves room for improvement.

Glad you all were able to use my steps to create your catchalls....however for Godaddy keep in mind they offer two FREE email services with domain registration. One is their email service and one is just a plain forwarding service. I used the forwarding option, as its easy to set up and pretty much problem free.

You should add that as a feature suggestion on the website. Scrapebox, Senuke, etc weren't built in a day and neither was Linkwheel Bandit. Give it a little time and you'll see more and more features added. :)

I realize that LWB is just starting out...so I am not complaining. I've actually already mentioned that request to Aces via Skype. Hopefully something like that can be added down the road.

Add a feature that tells me the completion percentage of my Link Wheel...and OCR support....I think I would name my first born LWB :)

How do we know when a link wheel is complete?
I have been running 2 link wheels for 2 days now and am not sure what the progress % is.

For those who don't know, this is the feature suggestion link: http://linkwheelbandit.uservoice.com/forums/129563-general

It'll be nice if support or whoever is admin responds to the suggestions or interacts. I only see a few public response and a ton of suggestions.

The one's that say "planned" are the features that the dev has decided to add shortly.

I think the feature suggestion is mainly there for customers to discuss and vote for what they want added. It would be hard for Ace (developer) to interact with all the suggestions and answer PM's, emails, debug, code, etc.

Having the suggestions on that page helps give him a kind of a "to-do list" so he can easily see what users want added the most.

Unfortunately, I don't think he'll have time to interact with all the suggestions on that page. (I'll let him elaborate on this) I have a feeling that suggestion page is gonna get pretty massive over time. :)

I guess. I'm just excited to see the progress and wish there were some forum or what not that other members can interact with.

lol the
linkwheelbandit.com/forum
is some type of weird autoblog porn forum
the other official one (proforums?) i fogot where the address was on that, but no one even talks there, so i ask
where do ppl talk about LWB? the "support/request" feature area is nice, i've already voted on what i think is cool, but there's not central place.

Any news on the update?

Ran into a bit of a snag on the dbase optimizations.. Want to ensure everything is good before shooting out.. as this is a critical piece of the software.. If its not right, it will hose everything up.. sorry for the delays.

ace939,
Is there any way of telling what percentage of a link wheel is complete at any given time?

Thanks

Guys, I need some advice. About to begin on my first linkwheel. Got everything set up now. Just need some best practices advice:

1) What is the best structure to start with? I am promoting only one site but with many keywords to rank. Will it be better to do smaller, multiple linkwheels or to do one large linkwheel with many keywords?

2) How do i create the Social Bookmark set to correspond with my LinkWheel structure? Does it even matter?

3) What kinda posting intervals do you recommend? For both bookmarks and posting? How many posts before growing linkwheel? What is the max post limit i should enter for each tier, for best results?

4) How many keywords to use in a linkwheel? I know there is no standard answer to this but probably based on your experience in using this so far? Based on structure, etc?

5) I definitely plan to NOT interlink Tier 1. And NOT to link Money site to Tier 2 and 3. Am i crazy?

6) I plan to use all the keywords evenly, mostly because it is simple. But what are the implications of both a) Main Keywords only for linking to Money Site, b) Use only alternate keywords for Tiers 2,3?

7) Articles - What are your strategies? Get one unique article and spin 100 variations? Give the first tier ALL unique articles and spinned ones for Tiers 2,3? Does it even matter?

We have discussed on the features/setup quite a bit on this thread but have not seen much on the different settings to use on this app, and the implications it has on results.

I believe with different settings, results may vary significantly. So it will be super cool if you guys can share some best practices on this thread.

Please share!! I will be eternally indebted!:D

Very disappointed in ProxyBonanza shared package. I loaded 70 proxies and within an hour, all began to fail!

Thnking of getting 25 private ones from Squidproxies. Anyone has a better suggestion?

I added this to the suggestions page but I would love to see more tiers and randomness to the depth and branching. Something similar to bass's linkpush. And use a wider variety of sites like article and pdf sites.

Shit that would be golden but I think yours was the one that was rejected (the one that asked to widen and deepen). I wouldn't mind waiting a few months to have that written in with no updates.

1) Since LWB hasn't been around for too long, there aren't a lot of methods being shared yet. It's probably best to start out with a smaller linkwheel at first and work on getting the web 2.0's indexed. Obviously if you have a new site, it's probably best to start small and work your way up from there.

2) I'm not too sure if the Social Bookmarks matter all that much as far as really helping your linkwheel with SEO. I see the bookmarks as a helping hand to getting your web 2.0's indexed in the SERPs. Some people don't even care to use the bookmarks at all and some people request to have an option to completely turn it off so that's why its coming in an update.

3) As far as post intervals go, this is something you might want to play with and find out what works best for you. Growing your linkwheel will definitely look more natural then if you have your post interval set to post every hour. Some people like to go crazy with it and build a massive linkwheel in a day and some just let LWB run and have it gradually build over time.

4)
For main keywords I use around 3-5 keywords. These are the keywords that will link the web 2.0's to your money site. For alternate and title keywords I throw my main keywords into Scrapebox keyword scraper to get more variations.

You can see a brief video I made to show how I quickly throw together linkwheels. This video does not go into any details as far as settings go, it's just to show the tools I use to help automated the linkwheel process.

5) No you aren't crazy, a lot of people don't link tier 2 and 3 to their money site. I'm a bit of an SEO extremist so I throw that slider over pretty far to the right. :)

6)
Its perfectly fine using only alternate keywords on tier 2 and 3. I usually just make sure its a variation of my main keywords.

7) Again, this is something that we will all figure out over time once we get more people playing with LWB and sharing their methods. Some people prefer higher quality articles on tier 1 and their heavily spun, less readable articles on tiers 2 and 3. It will all pan out over time as we get to play more with LWB and guage results.

I know that video doesn't really help much but I'll be making more in depth videos when I get some more time. If you want to see a tutorial on something specific with LWB, let me know what you're looking for and I'll try to get it done soon.

Talk soon,
