A EMD is available and he also included some long-tail keywords in the report.
Unfortunately the KW isn't thaaaat easy to rank, since there's a lot of competition.

On what basis you label this keyword as high competition keyword? Trust me, SEO competition is very weak. All what you need is a strong on-site SEO and minimal off-site SEO work to reach first page. Of course, moving further takes some time and it depends mainly on your SEO strategy. Let me share the MS SEO competition snapshot for others to view

And to rank on google - it's dead easy. The pages in the top 10 don't have any SEO. Having just a title + h1 should be enough to reach the first page.
