The magic carpet project was scheduled for release yesterday but the web server crash the past Sunday has put us a few days behind. Every time we turned around there was another little but that crash caused and we had to stop and squash it. We will most likely have it ready tomorrow but we learned a long time ago to not release any updates on Fridays. So first of next week it will be out.

I have extended your review accounts till the end of the month to give you some time to test out the magic carpet. The other two (aladdin and alibaba) will most likely be released toward the end of the month so I am not sure if you will get to test those specific project types out but they will work the same way as the first two.

I have a lite account... it does as it claims, however, what it claims to do is VERY minimal unless you have a premium account. As a 'Lite' user, you're only given two types of backlink creation types. I'd keep my account if they added more types... but I'll be probably canceling my account after this month.

The purpose of a review copy is for us to trial it out and then leave a detailed review on how the service performed. As this service is quite expensive people are hesitant to spend their money to "test" if it works or not.

So by us reviewing the service we are not only helping buyers decide whether or not they would like to try it themselves, but we are also helping the seller because once people see good reviews they are more inclined to sign up. We simply stated that we would like to try the new features coming otherwise we could only review about 75% of their system.

Did you ever stop and think why every service offers review copies?

I'd like to chime in here...

About a week ago I decided to "look into" this. I figured if someone was going to spend top dollar for an ad banner on here, they must be confident with their service. I noticed the price for BLG was a bit high, but general consumer psychology says if something's expensive, it must be good

Well, after asking for a review copy and not having patience to try harder for it, I decided to take the plunge and shell out the $137 for a month. I figured if I didn't like it, I'd cancel.


First impressions were "eh" since I'm a huge interface guy, and I felt like it could use some cleaning, but thats just me being finicky. At least it's functional, and not very confusing. The core of the software is where it's at though. And this thing does exactly what it says it does!

The reports spit out a list of url's that your links were posted on. You can check them and see how they all point to your target urls. you'll also notice that you actually get more links than advertised ( instead of 100 pr profile links, I got 145. Instead of 1000 blog comments, I got 1158.

Support is outstanding. Joe does a great job responding in a couple of hours or less and takes his time to correctly explain himself.

So the software is great, now its just a matter of seeing how well these extra links boost my rankings!

Yes our server was down earlier today for emergency maintenance. Everything has been restored and is running again. You should not see those errors when trying to log in anymore. If you ever have issues in the future please let us know right away via the contact us form on our site. And if the site is unavailable like it was today you can send an email to [email protected] as a last resort you can post in our thread or PM me. I will get the message here and respond but the other methods get our attention much faster.

Now that the server issues are behind us we can get back on track releasing the magic carpet project

Should be later today Been doing some testing and making sure it runs smooth before we let you guys have it. On a side note we have been seeing some great results from it as well. Here are some rank tracking graphs for our site. We ran a magic carpet to backlinksgenie.com starting on the 19th and day 3 has not been run yet.
