I have had my site for about a week now and thought i would leave a review of this service.
I placed the order on november 19 for the $167 package and bonus 20 linkpushes and shortly after got a email from pat getting the process of picking a niche started, we agreed on a niche and i locked the domain, and the order was placed for my 10 articles, the process of picking a niche and getting the ball rolling was very quick and painless, but if you are super picky about your niche it might take a bit longer.
Pat was extremely helpful and quick to reply about any questions i had about the site.
i didnt hear anything back for awhile after i locked the domain, so i shot a email on the 27th to pat he got back to me quickly with a update on my site, mind you this was thanksgiving week so i figured things would be delayed a bit which is understandable, the last of my articles had arrived and my longin for my site was needed.
After i gave my site info it took about 8 days to complete i received a email of keywords and after getting rid of the ones that didnt make much sense such as "natural health" then "health Natural", i was left with about 120 nice flowing keywords that would easily fit into a article.Thats a great base of keywords to help get you started.
now that the site was completed i took a look at it, The theme was very professional and simple/easy to navigate.All the on site SEO was done such as underlining keywords, h1, etc. so if you are not sure about onpage seo they have you covered from the start!The articles read well with the very rare Grammatical error, i was very happy with how the site was built, all the pages are indexed and some are already ranking.
Mind you havent done any linkbuilding since i got the site, just letting the preset linkpushes do their thing, and i already have 1 keyword in the top 10 of google for a search term with 9,900 Broad searches, and another one on page 3, i still dont have any traffic yet, but i am in the process of finding a good writer and growing the site.

Great value, i got a full seoed site with 20linkpushes and 10 articles for just $167.

site looks great no work required after purchase just keep building content and links and the money will come.
keyword research was great after picking out the duds and will definitely help form the base of your site and get you headed in the right direction.
Cons
My biggest upset with this service was the turn around time,but it was understandable because of the holidays, but from date purchased november 19 to the completed email being sent on december 6th, it seemed like forever to me, but i know they have to wait for the articles to be written and like i said it was over thankgiving holiday.good thing is i was getting work done while this site was being built (gotta stay positive).
It was really a pain sifting through the keyword list to remove the keywords that didnt make any sense took about 30-40 minutes.
Verdict
I would recommend this service and will be purchasing another site in the future you cant beat the value that is given, and the quality of the site produced.hopefully this review will help those of you who are on the fence about this service make a decision.
