For those that missed this I am repeating permalink 88 in this thread:

I think I should share how we do the KW research.

We choose US as the region.

We choose English as the language.

We do not tick off any boxes that say 'Broad', 'Exact' or 'Phrase'.

I end up with what I have been doing for quite some time and what I use for my own sites for KWs.

How do my sites rank?

My employment sites have hundreds of words on page 1.

My finance sites have close to 100 words on page 1.

My business opportunity sites have hundreds of words on page 1.

Those are all aged sites.

My new sites:

One on Renters Rights in the US, some tough KWs... hundreds or words on page 1 and the site was born in February.

My site on Cancer, about 10 weeks old, as of today, has 81 KWs on page 1.

You are getting the exact same KW research I do for my own sites and the base of what I do to backlink my sites.

Took 7 days to get my site, looks great, theme is awesome, over delivered on the KWs. Site is indexed, now just waiting on my LinkPushes from BTB and all will be good.

Already sent 50 KWs to a writer and looking at a few other services to add to the daily linkpushes I will be doing. Very excited about this. Done with the build a 15 post blog and move on thing.
 
OK - had my site for around a week now and wanted to post an honest review.

The good:
Keywords were great. Simple as that. Plenty of easier to rank keywords rolled in with some beefier ones that can come with time and effort.

The articles are excellent - read well, and just "work".

The site itself is very well set up (although I had to make one or two minor tweaks for my own benefit).

More importantly, I'm getting traffic already. Granted it's in single digits per day right now, but as I've done zero work in terms of promotion and the site has been in existence for around a week, , that is great news.

The not so great:
Firstly, the communication could have been a little better - didn't hear anything after I'd paid until after I sent a pm and dropped a note on the thread here. Granted, I'd supplied all the required info in my purchase notes etc, but it would have been nice to have a "Got it - we're working on it" type message.

Secondly, as has been mentioned, the photo's are not great. It would have been great to know ahead of time that it'd be an idea for me to source decent photos for use etc, but that's cool too.

Overall - excellent product, service (contact) could be improved, but definitely more than worth the money.

Is there a guaranteed amount of searches on the keywords?

Will the 50 keywords be easy to rank for?

Will there be a guaranteed amount of CPC for adsense?

Guarantee is 880 and over broad search numbers.

Some will rank with only the article and some will take some work.

We do not even look at the CPC at all because there are other ways to monetize.

With the themes that we are providing it is very easy to integrate the ads into the site. They are made for exactly this purpose. That is unless you want us to use a different theme of which we have no control over.

The themes are designed for adsense but you can put any code you want into those slots. I recommend a combination of ads from different sources.

It will take you longer to get the code that you want to insert than it does to insert it into the site.
 
I need to give you guys a little update.

I got a message this morning that one of the writers is in the hospital with food poisoning. because of this I am having to locate another writer as he was supposed to have the articles to me already.

Because of this we are upgrading your themes and we are giving you 12 linkpushes instead of 5. This is affecting about 8 sites. If you have any questions please send an email to [email protected]. We apologize for the delay. I have been working all morning on this and I think I have a writer that will work and have ordered articles from them.

We have also hired a VA that started today to help with the creation of the sites themselves to help things move along faster.
