I'm Not sure, what did you expect. These are profile links from High Domain Rank Sites.
Did you expect something different to be done, apart from the service mentioned?

Just got my report today. He over delivered on the links, and all but 1 is live. I sent derago21 several PMs and emails, and he's very quick to respond, and was very helpful. I'm very happy with the service, and will report back if I see serp improvements.

Nope, You can Provide us Upto 4 URL's and their Respective Keywords. (Kw's can be in spinnable formats too for every URL.)
It is the same for Money page or Different domains.

Yeah this can be Used for web 2.0's as well. But URL limit is set to 35 and not as Unlimited.
