Where do we get the accounts to use the vouchers on? And do they need to be Pva or anything? I'm interested but need to know what else I need to start my campaigns.

But Pva requires phone numbers. In looking at how to get accounts that are already done. Just buy them from the BST? And anything in particular I need? Since I plan on doing this win lots of accounts, and I can only use one voucher per account

Received vouchers as promised, but were a few problems along the way.
- Had to wait over 3 days to receive them
- I received $100 in voucher credits for the $105 voucher. Not a huge amount, but people should have the appropriate info.
-communication was lacking.
Pros
-Prices seem to be cheap.
-Seller is reliable.
Conclusion- If your in a hurry, I would try someone else, but if you want cheap, reliable vouchers that work, go with LukaB.
I might use again if I can't find any other offers that deliver and communicate quicker.
