After the urls are ping. How would we know if the url is indexed?
Also if we are not sure could we ping the urls again? Will search engines bann urls if pinged alot?

You can track indexing using any software of your choice. Scrapebox for example. We provide crawling tracking from the control panel which tells you on which time did google bot visit your link.

We ping each link with random intervals for 2 weeks. You don't need to do anything from your side after submitting the links. There is 0 risk in the process. You never get any penalty for this or else I ping all the top 10 for a keyword and get them banned and rank my site.
