I was hoping not to post a negative review of this software (or the seller's followup) but alas, I have no choice. The seller has chosen not to process a refund.
Purchased the software via Paypal. After obtaining a license #, the problems began. First the registration had a problem (said it was expired and I should buy an upgrade). I did get a response from the seller in 1 day. He said it was a 'license server error' and fixed the problem in 2 days. Re-registered and the program came up.
The installation download page shows version 1.5.8.69, but after installing, the version running shows version 1.0.0.5 which seems to be a beta version (or alpha). The URLs built by the software are poorly formed regardless of the search source, settings, or keyword; there are virtually no resulting emails generated. I've tried simple searches such as 'dentist' or 'attorney' on all available sources and included the entire U.S. Also tried the exact settings and search shown in the demo video... resulted in 5 email addresses. Tried changing the proxy setting to all 3 choices, and bumped the thread up to 12 deep. I've let it run until the search is supposedly completed (5 hours for one of them), and only 10 emails were returned. The software lists the URLs which it is suppose to scrape at the bottom, so I manually cut-n-pasted these only to find that the URLs are constructed improperly for several sites. After wasting hours and hours, I requested help. The 'help' I got was a question asking if I picked the proper settings off the menu (yet I put in the email what I had tried). He also asked what 'other improvements' I'd like to see in the software. Ummm... I'd like to see it generate some emails. I must admit, he did answer the emails within a day or so.
Although the ad reads:
"I will give you a full no hassle refund if you don?t fall head over heels with it.
I will refund your money in full. No B.S. No hassle No holds barred just money!"
Got an email stating a refund would be processed in 48hrs.
A week later, no refund, still waiting...
I hate to write this kind of stuff about a software vendor but hope this saves others some aggravation and $. The product simply isn't ready for release.
