By targeted lists, do you mean niche targeted? That is surely possible but it will take more time and efforts for a less number of URLs.

You will get 85% or more success rate using 10 private proxies (Good ones), 50 connections and 90 second timeout.
Also, please lower the number of connections if your RAM is not enough... (1 GB recommended).

I'm not sure how I missed your post...

Well, I didn't run a do/no-follow check on this list to be honest the ration of do-follow blogs will be quite low for every SB auto approve fast poster list.
But after a lot of experiments, I've seen that no-follow links still count, although they don't carry as much weigh as do-follow ones.
Also, we're talking about 134k URLs here. And if you blast your web2.0 properties/articles with this list, it will surely help regardless of URLs being no or do-follow.
