I am new to BHW so don't talk about me to bad. I just wanted to know are these normal Google accounts and do they come with the email and password I was kinda lost with the + sign?

I will be load them into a peace of software that I am going to be using online in my marketing efforts so the last question I have for you is do it come in a text file format?
