all accounts have good photos and as bio so its good deal to get it now.not only that all accounts have some followers and following someone so you can start working with it As soon as you get it in short really good services ,will buy more accs from OP

2) the accounts I checked had different bkg and profile pictures. +1
3) the biggest plus is found was that each account had a unique password +1

I can assure you about the accounts that I provide, All of them have different profile pics and different backgrounds and are made from different ips, If they get suspended within 48 hours of when I provide them, I will replace them

If you use them to spam on twitter, of course twitter is going to ban them. In that case, nobody can assure you that they will not be suspended, If you regularly follow unfollow, twitter does suspend those accounts which do it very frequently

Its always best to buy it from trusted providers on bhw who have a service thread, so that you get quality accounts
