Order made for 5 articles on feb 5th and was supposed to be delivered a while ago. TAT is awful and painfully slow.

Beware of services that do not clearly state the TAT. Hope the quality will make up for the delay.

I don't understand about the correlation between late TAT and server problem.
I order ONLY 2 articles on feb 5th and still not get it till now. More than 1 week for 2 articles? Really awful TAT. If i don't get my articles by tomorrow, i'll ask for refund.

I ask for refund. I give you 24 hour. If i don't get my money in 24 hour on paypal, i'll dispute. Don't make 'server problem' excuse. that's BS. writing articles doesn't need server. I ordered 2 articles and it has been 9 days.

I've already wasted my time here.

thanks for the update. and since this is my first time ordering from you, i will give you the benefit of the doubt and trust you to fulfil the order. if by end of next week you can't get it done then i'll ask for a refund.

anyway you should have informed us customers about any server issues or whatever, instead you just kept it quiet and kept us waiting. this kind of thing would really make me think twice about ordering from you again.

I would like my articles any time soon. Also Servers ?? really when did writing articles need you to have servers ? open Word and start typing ... Hell use notepad its free !!!

On Feb 5th I Purchased 5 articles @500 words each. I had specific instructions for each article such as keyword density and keyword placement.

11 days later on Feb 16 I finally received the articles (Apparently Server issues caused the delay ).

Quick notes on the service received:
-Very slow and limited customer support which made it very frustrating.
-Extremely Late TAT ( 11 days )
-Did not follow instructions for articles
- Article has some grammar errors
-Article is made to be very complicated with very big words and sometimes makes no sense
-Articles are very hard to follow.
-Article is not beneficial to reader.

All in all this has been the worst service I have EVER received on BHW and would absolutely not order from again. I am obviously not going to ask for a refund because I have already received articles but in turn I feel I should warn other BHW members about this service.

WE are not going to provide Native USA quality articles for $0.008 per word, and each member should understand for that,And is there any error, we were always ready to fix them, If you need Articles without any mistake please make $10 per 500 words to get through USA native quality articles, and I have already mentioned that we got delay with some problem and does any one can't wait customer could ask refund without complaining,

Cz we are not robot, And there are more than 10 service on BHW, and any one can order from others complaining to us.


And I'm announcing again we were with a problem.

i did consider giving you the benefit of the doubt but the review from FUBZ gave me reason for concern. i know i shouldn't expect really good quality for $0.008/word but if the articles are not even readable that wouldn't be much use to me.

I agree with FUBSZ that this service does not provide what the OP originally stated:

*We provide you High-Quality Articles at a Low-Price, with a Best Customer Service.

It is ludicrous that the OP tries to defend his point by saying that customers ought to look for a more expensive service that would guarantee a native speaker writing and proofreding the article. Didn't you state right here that "you provide HIGH-Quality Articles". This misleads the buyer, and does not fit into the marketing practice.
In my case, I've received two articles within 36-48 hrs., however one of them was totally unreadable. To top that off, it took nearly a week for the OP to re-write the article, which in itself contradicts this statement:

The Articles you receive from us are Original, Readable, Informative and Will definitely pass Copyscape. You need not worry about spellings, grammar, punctuation mistakes.

Furthermore, the support was awful, and it took awhile before the OP cared to get back to me.

CONCLUSION - YOU CAN FIND DECENT QUALITY (requiring only minor edits) ARTICLE WRITING SERVICE FOR 4.5$ per 500 ARTICLE. THIS IS NOT TRUE FOR THIS SERVICE.
