I have been in the SEO for some time, and over the past few years used various services on here and on WF.

I bought a LamSon last month for a site in a very difficult niche, and i wasn't expecting great results.

To start my rankings were as follows:-

keyword 1 - no rank (62,900,000 results)
keyword 2 - #56 (18,400,000 results)
keyword 3 - #156 (22,700,000 results)

As of today my results are:-

keyword 1 - position 5
keyword 2 - position 12
keyword 3 - position 2.

No update, no invoice, no response. My payment was done over week ago. I need invoice for my boss and I have contacted three times with, skype and two times with contact form on deadlyseo site. Two pages before on forum you told me that would review my order but i got still no contact from you.

Guys that is bit long for such money to wait, I don't have any information, I don't know what is going on, I need invoice for this purchase. That is not so nice support and care of your clients.

I have no idea what's going on here... I do know, that my rankings are decreasing as hell, support tickets take very long to be replied and his website is not available anymore...

I do also know that Entri usually doesn't work on weekends, but still.. I hope he'll get this all worked out soon. Hope to hear from him.
 
I understand taking the weekend off, but it is a little perplexing to me that Entri had seen people mentioning we couldn't order (which I'm guessing is connected to the expiring domain) and there hasn't been an update on that. Personally even if I was taking the weekend off, I'd want to make sure an issue like that is being addressed (since it's stopping more orders from coming in that completely halts the cash flow).

That said, I'll give the benefit of the doubt and wait until the weekend is over to see what Entri has to say about what's going on before drawing any hard conclusions.
