Maybe I'm crazy but I never hear something from these guys when I ask for an update, they are charging me much more than agreed in my subscription and I hardly see a report of the work done.

Please note that all campaigns are set to recurring by default. If you don't want to proceed for the second month you have to ask us to cancel recurring. At least take 2 minutes to read the thread first. You never opened a support ticket asking for an update for the current campaigns. & Please check your Inbox for the reports. Firstly - I don't leave reviews often for any service, because I normally get average results. Nothing to rave about, and nothing to dismiss. Most services are average.
Secondly - you should know I am leaving this review because I mean it. This service is something more than average.
Value for money wise, this is the BEST service I have ever purchased. I have tried a fair few, and I rank this at the top (and it could rank your site at the top)
And I'm talking value for money wise - each dollar you spend out of this, you will get more out of it, then any other service around (obviously I haven't tried them all, but have tried many)

I did not see any serp movements at all. It is not even ranked in the top 1000. So i assumed you guys havn't started work since this is WAY pass the quote time on your sales page as it is usually 1 month i believe?
