Hi Entri I need a response to ticket #1681 asap please, I have only a few more days before I have to escalate to Paypal for a resolution....I think the work was not completed correctly (wrong anchors used) and sent you some ahrefs.com screenshots from both my orders, please check and reply....

Your ticket has been updated TWO times several days back itself asking for an response from YOU. I believe the updates might have landed in your spam or you have not checked it yet. Also note that the anchors used are mixed with generic anchors. Not the keywords you provide are the only anchors and if we were to do like that youd be in trouble. I m waiting for a response from you..... Moreover your first order had been delivered months back. I have updated the issues with your sites already.

Yes I read your updates and replied myself on March 23rd, haven't heard back since I guess because the weekend which is fair enough, just wanted to let you know I need a response fast because I am running out of time before I have to escalate the dispute...
I know that anchors should be mixed with generic / related anchors and I have no problem with that. What ahrefs.com is showing is that a) a ton of links got dropped in with "anchor - domain" as the only anchors, and my other LAMSON order had just 'anchor' used with no related anchors, so poor diversity...I had good results with the LAMSON but risk tripping an over optimisation filter, and I have had no results with the Half Nuke because the anchors used were wrong. Please check my reply and the screenshots and you will see what I am talking about, I just want this resolved fairly and asap.
Communication delays up to this point have been 90% on your side and I believe the mistake is also on your side, I want to give you a chance to resolve this or I want a refund, simple as that.

Please note that there are a lot of issues with your site which i have clearly listed down. Not only that, i have also updated regarding the anchors & stuff. When you have that much of issues pending you cant expect good results.
Just update the ticket with how you'd like to proceed & we can decide it on from there. Thanks for your understanding.

3) No, no plans of one time, as most want it to be monthly & want us to take care of the site maintenance ( Ranks ). Your free to cancel your recurring profile anytime & get the work done for what's paid.

Basically I don't understand why you would intentionally use complete different anchor ratios and diversity strategies for each campaign, neither looks natural and I need to see some other examples before I can accept that you did it this way deliberately.

1) French sites are PERFECTLY fine. We have worked on a ton of french sites already with sound results.
2) It actually depends on the no of keywords. If you have a lot of keywords then you can split it up between campaigns. Drop me a ticket with the no of projects. URL's & target keywords so that I can suggest the best for you.
