When am I able to receive a reply? I send an email to you and there was no response. I posted it up in the support ticket and again, there's no response.

Whenever I asked questions about payment/reviews, the replies come fast and furious but when i asked questions regarding to campaign, it take so damn long

It's because support issues & status are to be looked into only a staff & we do have something called weekends, as you do. I suggest that you hold till monday & use the desk for future issues, instead of mails. Thanks for your understanding.
