For the FULL Nuclear War you can use UPTO 5 Keywords. Don't worry abt the random keywords/Anchor variation. Apart from the campaign we use almost 800-1000 links(from almost 21 link types) with different/related/Raw URL's + Click here type of anchors for your purpose
