DAY 12 UPDATE

OK, I put this off for a day hoping my rank tracking software would improve. It hasn't, and I'm getting false results for sure. So I don't know what my real results are for some if anyone has any good suggestions for ranking software, please let me know. I'm using Serp Buddy, but its unreliable for international Google results IMHO. However, there have been two important SERP changes that I can verify:

United States Rankings
KW 1: #9 - #13

Australia Rankings
KW 2: #4 - #3

So one positive move, and one negative move. The USKW1 was originally at #14 so its technically up one since we've began.

Just updated your ticket. 3 weeks is good for some sites while you may need patience for some keywords & sites. I'd say it's still early. Many sites see good improvements while the campaign is proceeding & a few at the end of the campaign & a small percentage after a few days the campaign is done. Patience.

My question was not in regards to patience.. I just like to get updates from my service providers or at least hear from them once in 3 weeks to know that everything is going on as planned. I think i also asked you to send me reports when a phase is done, but i haven't received anything yet..
