I really don't understand your presales mentality.
I want to order about 3 packages at all. I opened a ticket with a short question and a clear subject. I added you on skype and wrote you when you have been online. But i don't get any response.
This is no low budget link building and personally I think it should be allowed to ask a question before ordering. If the presales support is like this, how will the support for customers be?

Oh! mate. I'm really sorry.

1) Skype is buggy. Sometimes when you message me, it shows the messages after a week, sometimes it works. As of now i don't have any messages & all my new contact requests has been accepted & whatever messages i have replied to..

2) I have 4 open tickets at Zendesk, and all of them within the last day which i'll be answering today. If you don't receive a reply back within 24-48 hrs please do message me again as it might submerged in the flood & there's a chance of losing visibility

Immediately after I ordered, we saw an increase in rank to the top of the second page... but just two days ago, the rank has completely disappeared...

Panicking right now, what are your suggestions? I paid you $300 and now no rank. ;|?

I'm not sure, if you have purchased. If you have purchased one do open a support ticket at zendesk and also clearly lay out the situation. It's usually just a dance and bump and will be back more powerful than before with better rankings. But clearly put the situation and also include details about any additional campaign you have done which eps us to diagnose the case.

It's now been a few weeks since I was given a free bost after the initial package seemed to have earned me a google slap.

My site is now at number 11, and has been stuck there for three days.

It was on position 3 of google for my keywords for a long time before buying this service so as you can imagine I am really pissed off.

My honest reiview is that this new bonus package has done nothin for my SERPS. I haven't used anyone else up until now so I have to question if this service is benifiticial in any way what so ever. I feel as though I have wasted a few hundred dollars and lost quite a bit more in lost sales.

Communication has been woeful. I have had to chase op up for reports several times and the only time I got one was when I raised a ticket in the useless help system which automatically closed my ticket after I raised it.
