just placed an order for the smallest monthly plan. just wanna see how good the performance is. if it does help my sites, i might upgrade it to the biggest plan.
 
Just got off of Skype with Botwiz and he got my issue resolved super quickly. I just upgraded to the largest package and can't wait to get started!!!

Awesome news! With a statement like that do you have a rough ETA? I've actually had the order page up for your service (to restart my account) for the most of the day in the background.

Also, can you hint at what some of the new features will be?
 
All I will mention is we aren't increasing the prices (we may even make them cheaper). :p

Just checked it from 4 different locations across the planet. Maybe shoot over your IP via PM and I will see if we can see whats going on.

It is free. Your automatically setting up your billing contract with the expectation that you want to continue after the 7 day trial.

You of course can cancel at anytime with no obligations. This service has been running for almost half a decade now, its worked like this since day 1.

Got a trial account a couple of days ago, set up my first campaign and wanted to check the results the next day. I cannot login, user doesn't exist. Wrote an urgent support ticket but NO reaction at all. If I am going to get charged for that service I will get really upset...

The site was down temporarily, but we are on it as we have always been for the past 4+ years. As in life things happen. Appreciate your input and comment, but everyone knows where they can reach me. I'm no hiding from anyone. Happy to do whatever I can.

Will be migrating the site soon to get this completely abolished from happening. (crossing fingers)

well, thanks for answering but what can I do now? I don't have skype and don't plan to get it - please don't misunderstand me. I opened a ticket, I thought that would be the best way to do it. I just don't want to have the trial period end and turn into a regular account/subscription without even having had the chance to test it.
