There is no point posting on that forum, can you show me only one, ONLY ONE feature recently you add and previously asked by the users?
Maybe, Content Recognition (No one asked for that, nor anyone is using it) maybe WordAI module (no one use that, or very limited users but no one asked for it). The truth is, you don't really add features people asking for, that the fact! I'm not saying ZP it inherently useless (I use it every day), but things you are doing or not doing making people pissed and frustrate. Yes, you have wiki and manual with very LIMITED explanation at best, not to mention very bad English.
One more thing I own both ZP and uBot and I'm very good in both, better then average user would be understatement, so calling my lazy its just playing rude since I made amazingly lot of bots, and sold a good chunk of them.
I'm assuming you think on uBot, since they are your main competitors (at least you think that), actually they are not your competitors its like saying some random Soda Brand its competitor to Coca Cola! Anyway, no one paid me to post, as I said they not even care about you as much you care about them, "our competitors"

You look at this long list and see only these two functions?
I guess we just did not release the function that you personally requested and you are angry because of this now. We do not release all the features that we are asked. But most of them. Some of them are in the queue for development, cause it is impossible to code all at once.

Show me the BH SEO program which has more learning materials and training videos than we have. And, as I have repeatedly said, we are constantly working on them.

Although you are authorized to install the Professional version of the program on multiple computers, the program can only be executed on one computer at a time. ProjectMaker is an exception you can run it on 3 machines simultaneously.

Its not about me, I know I'm not important as single unite and that's ok I accept that even the company that market in a way "Every opinion matter to us" in reallyting dosent. I don't want to get wrong impression here, I "love" ZennoPoster made a lot of money with it I made a huge amount of bots, calling me lazy, or giving me answer "try better" its just insulting. I'm just saying why not giving people what they want, and open a some kind of transparency in the terms short and long plans in matter of features, treating English clients better would give a completally different picture of your compnay, because your reputation now it's "they treat their customer like shit" that's the truth you want to admit it or not, and it hurt your sales inevitably.

You can look at other's BH SEO softwares changelogs and compare with ZennoPoster's one. And here you come, a client, who use our program and who make a lot of money with it based on your words. nuaru i bought ZP when the english version released few years back in warrior forum, i extend the update subscription when MP release.. but i'm not an active user of ZennoPoster, and maintain the update subscription is very costy for me.. i'm hoping you can lower your subscription fee for some moment.. i know it didn't include in black friday sale.. but maybe on christmas ? i really want to have the update.. thx

I agree that Zennoposter could benefit by making the program more accessible to the English crowd, but realistically it's not a very difficult program to understand if you put forth some effort. I don't know if I would want it to be any easier... it's a powerful tool and the learning curb scares many away.
If I can use it with 0 prior programming experience, I have confidence that anyone else can do the same.
