I am running into a problem with installation. During the activation, I get a message "Unknown error" with dialog box title "Obtainning licenses" that appears when I click on the button to retrieve the "Write down the license". I cannot install.

Can someone please explain to me why I need unlimited multi-threading in the professional version? I'm trying to see if I can save a few bucks and get standard or light. What exactly does multi-threading do? I understand that people say that it makes it faster but how exactly? Meaning what does it do? Would I need to design my templates to take advantage of multi threading or is it something that just automatically happens?

Try to turn off anti-virus and firewall during installation. It is faster to solve issues with support team and I highly recommend do that.

Imagine we have one task to automate - e.g. posting articles to web 2.0 sites. With 1 thread (1 browser window) you will be able to execute this task one by one. It is basically what Lite version does. New task doesn't run untill current one is finished.
If you get Standard version this task will run in 5 threads simultaneously. Posting of 5 different articles at the same time independently.
And at last Pro version. With good machine and Internet connection you will be able to post 100 articles (or even more) at the same time.

So then if your can creat 1 account every 5 minutes with light, you can create 100 accounts every 5 minutes give or take with pro version

In ideal case yes (if you got good CPU, enough RAM and fast Internet connection).

Yes, you will need to specify proxy/threads before you run the created template

@nuaru.... i send email to support and open thread about my ZPMP proxychecker problem but there no answer at all......i only see russian threads when i click new post...my thread lost in space by other threads :abducted:.....i email the support 3 days ago, and like always my question answered with another question from support....3 days i only got 3 reply from them and it not the answer........when i want to upgrade to ZPMP before, i pm the support and they reply my mail in a minute only until i successfull update to ZP4....but when i got problem with the software i must wait a day, but i only got another question from them....

(i know about the time different....so as soon i received the mail from them, i always reply to them immediately but i only got the answer or another question the next day) today i received email from support and they like to do team viewer and i answer okay to them but still no reply until now....it already 3.30am on my country so i don't want to wait again....

Nuaru, I tried your suggestion disabling firewall and anti-virus and that doesnt work. I don't see why it would given this is a licensing issue, not a security issue.

I have sent 3 email messages concerning my installation issue. One message included the email issue and also had a question to your staff of why I cannot install. The email issue was resolved, but I have no idea if anyone is even going to fix my installation issue. I have also tried to contact your team via Skype but with no response.

Getting in contact with your team is very difficult. Since I have not been approved to leave messages on the forum, its even worse. I really think that you guys need 24 hour customer service since you provide a product to an international market. There is need for improvement here, especially with a product like yours that requires a lot of support after purchase.

After playing with Zennoposter for 9-10 months here is 2 cent. Amazing tool, but almost impossible to learn. It's like going to a foreign country and trying to ask people for directions, but no one understands your language. It's way too complicated to do something without any direction or help from anyone. You need guidance using this program or else you will spend countless hours confused beyond your mind.

There are ways to learn. There is skype group where Clint teach guys, there is forum, where a lot questions already answered, there is email support, there is YT channel, there are help pages, there are blogs about our software.
Yes, it takes time to learn, but once you master it, you will get big power with it.
