My review:
There isn't much to say yet, I've paid 10$ and received 740 profiles (more than the expected).
I've checked some of those profiles and most had 2 backlinks each, but some/many didn't had anchor text.
You can check the kind of domains I found:
-227 *.com
-65 *.net
-89 *.org
-17 *.info
-6 *.co.uk
-5 *.edu
-2 *.us
-1 *.gov
-others
There were many from countries with different typing (Russia).
I didn't check the PR as the profiles had just been created and it would be a lot of work to check the domains PR.
Basically everything looks as it should or better, I sure advise this service, cause for 10$ you can't get half of what you get here.
Only after some time I'll be able to say if this worked on my SERP or not.

Just wanted to add something I forgot to mention on the review, which is that from the 740 links only 615 had my website backlink on them (results from scrapebox link checker), which in my opinion is still not bad at all.
