I had this same question, I just figured that he means 'Domain' by 'URL'... because the website will just get indexed by Yahoo after the root directory is there (this is what he means by natural yahoo backlinks.)

so I just submitted two different websites.

Got my report.

Fast delivery with detailed report. I have randomly checked the links and found the links are all do follow. Not all the pages are indexed. So I guess I will have to ping them to get the attention from google.

This should definitely give a boost to SERPS.

I took one of the Yahoo Group backlink appreciation packs last night - and I was about to post a message on here letting everyone know I grabbed one - but low and behold my order is already finished.
