This is a message to all the people screaming about wanting a refund.
I am a long time customer of frequency and bodeezy. Honestly, my experience with them is that if some of their software is a little buggy right out of the gate, it's only because they are trying to do SOMETHING UNIQUE AND BRAND NEW WITH IT! And when you're forging new ground, sometimes there are bumps in the road.
Seriously, if there was another YouTube software that did all of this, don't you think you would have heard about it?
So, I guess the choice is...stick with old boring software that works perfectly right out of the box because it only performs a few simple, safe functions OR be on the forefront of an exciting new software, stick with it doing bug reports and getting updates for the first few weeks, and when that's done be part of a select group of people that own a great functioning software that does a lot of stuff no other software does.
Well, I guess there's a third choice. Learn to code.
