Yes, you can use it for german websites. Most of them will stay forever, few of them will get deleted. One of the reasons why I overdeliver.

and i went with a custom package.

This is to build backlinks for my other pages.

work was done as described.
randomly checked the urls and for every 10 links that i check, 8-9 links are present.
that is a good amount.
and i have started pinging them via linklicious.me

let's see how everything else goes.
