I know you have probably repeated this info over and over again...but I need to ask: Do niche sites still work and produce consistent income? I would LOVE to get involved in this, but the adsense niche craze took off several years ago (when you started this service) and I am skeptical if it still produces well. Do you have some recently created sites that show consistent income from adsense?

Also, how many sites do you recommend to get a good income going per month? Do you give recommended marketing methods as well (ie. how much or little to dripfeed or other marketing without over doing it ect...?)
