I ordered one day, he replied the next. You think his whole life is devoted to answering your emails because you made a purchase? Wrong. I'm sure he has other customers to help (mainly me since I just made an order as well) and it's unreasonable to expect instant communication. You have unrealistic expectations and would probably be better off not purchasing services at BHW.

If you've been waiting for your order for 30 days, then my mistake I apologize. I agree TAT should not be 30 days. If you just don't want to wait, then my previous statement stands. While you may not be able to use your money elsewhere, Paypal will reverse the charge if no product is delivered.

BST Threads have been shut down because the provider is offering a service that he can't provide. If you have been waiting a month, I would contact a BST Moderator and tell them the issue. I'm only on day 2 and waiting to see what happens.

pm me what are the steps you do, after i placed an order. With so many people complaining, why don't you put it up on the first post about news (whats going on, something stuck, etc)

Just an after thought, this service would be better in seo clerk because there's estimated time. Things get streamlined instead of the 'mess' (more than 70% asking about their orders)
