Am already having some sites which making me some Dollars...But am not having enough time to build new sites for me and to maintain the sites...

If this really returns this much money, why don't you just spend your time establishing more micro niche websites yourself for long term ROI instead of selling packages? Sorry, but this just seems too good to be true to me... it doesn't make sense.
