Listen bro, Panda and sandbox is not the same thing. Panda is the name given to algorithm change made this year to combat spam content and autoblogs. Sandbox is something else where your site wont rank for any of your keywords. Dont mingle both of them as they are completely different thing.
I do believe that its a google dance as i dont consider your site's to have duplicate content. I already said you the reason for that on PM.

Bro, we have been running this service for about 5 months but none of the sites get sandboxed. We build more quality contextual backlinks for your moneysite rather than quantity backlinks for your moneysite. Less quality relevant backlinks pointing to your moneysite s far way better than thousands of irrelevant backlinks. These few backlinks would help you in your ranking but no-way it can slap you back.
