14 days later: same position on g.com
jumped to 2/3( rank tracker shows 2, google - 3) position on .co.uk
I hope I will rank higher. I might order another package for my second keyword.

And your keyword is one of the most competitive as is ranking on #2 for G.com according to MS so I guess you are ranking pretty well my friend.happy for youSo before ordering another package let the actual link juice flow to your site.As for our package we re always there for you.It takes time.
Please note that as you climb up the ladder the tougher it gets to climb even higher.So If you think that jumping from #3 to #2 or from #2 to #1 is an easy process, then I am very sorry to say that its not that easy.As soon as your site enters page 1 several factors start playing to extend you SERP even further and one of those many factors are the quality backlink creation and domain age.So give time as SEO is all about time.

Review:
Speed: Not good. They give you a processing date so the TAT is really a crapshoot. Your processing day could be tomorrow or it could be 5 days from now. They didn't deliver on the promised date and said there would be a 2 day delay. They delivered 2 days later than the 2nd promised date after the 2 day delay. I ordered 7/1 and received 7/20 so very slow. 3/10
Communication: Excellent! All pm's and requests for updates were promptly responded to. 10/10
Price: The price for the serp movement was outstanding. I'm currently sitting at spot #11. Keep in mind this is the ONLY package that was sent to that page/keyword. 10/10
Quality: He sends you the unique article and spun version which is really cool. Everything looks good though. 10/10
Overall Review: TAT should really be addressed. For the serp movement/$ value this is a great package and has done significantly better than other packages here at BHW for half the price. 8/10 Overall

I checked the report last night. I am impressed by the time taken to build the report. It has everything inside, even the profile picture used.
I can't say anything yet on ranking, I guess it's too early. I'll wait some more and see what kind of improvement I get. But for the time being everything is good except some delay in delivering, but that's ok with me.

Well I am really happy that you took out time to analyse the parts and give a review accordingly.
Speed Slow - Agreed as always
. My friend SEO needs time Link building with Link Pyramid structural orientation to enhance the SERP also needs time.We can go and do the whole tings at a time.Reason simple that won't be capable of drawing any noticeable effect to your ranking.The Slower you go the effective it gets.I am sure give more time and you will get even sharp rise in SERP.Still sorry as we always are coz I guess we wont get any good review regarding our speed.

Wow, I should have read all the complaints about the speed issues before I ordered... the speed sucks!! I ordered 2+ weeks ago and was told TAT would be 7-9 days.
I still haven't received a report and it's been 15 days, about 2x the estimate...

As soon as you place your order its doesn't mean that we would be able to do it at that moment only.But you have been given a processing date which menas your order will be start processing from that day onward.Now again processing doesn't means that the whole work is done within an hours.No again the steps are done carefully and manually.
It is not possible for us to preference to any particular person. I am really sorry for that but others are also waiting Long and hence we have to complete their order as well.
And yes our speed sucks I know ,but still we love taking care of our clients site and hence minimal bots are used throughout the process and the indexing is done slowly so that SERP rise is distinct and stable.Still I am really really for the inconvenience that you are facing.

May be you are the 3rd person who have asked for a refund and remember one thing we dont use any kind of automated bots to complete the service n your desired timeframe. It is clearly mentioned that we would process every order after 5 days of ordering, also the update TAT is on our site and the reason all orders got delayed for 2 days, also exclude sundays. Its our good habit that we deliver the report files to buyers who ask for refund but this will be the first time we wont give you anything expect the money you paid. You have been constantly imposing threats our team member shadowcat and have been enough rude with her. So I dont wanna be much harsh but you take the money and the results without report files. While ordering you were on page 4 and right now on pos 11. So that explains what kind of service provider are we and result is the end thing which everybody looks for not how fast it is done. Last thing you dont have to edit your post, let it be as it is. As our service dont run on fake reviews, our service is more concern about buyers results not how fast we complete it.
