Ok I have just about had enough on this one! I sent an order on 5/5 Unique Transaction ID # 4L660264KR206300H and after sending 2 emails for confirmation of order I get a 1 line reply.

Communication has been poor as has the duration we are waiting, add to this the fact you start taking in new orders before completing, it's like a ponzi scheme ....

photoads I can understand you problem and not only you everyone is in rush and so we are trying our level best to complete all the orders as fast as we can although not compromising its quality and it's not like a ponzi scheme that we are upto as well as we are not taking fresh orders. You can clearly see that the thread is on hold and it won't be resumed unless we are done with all the outstanding orders.
So, if anyone is ordering then it's not that we are forcing them to orders. As I always said we never want to comprise with the quality and hence when this fuss came that we are taking fresh orders although the pending are left, we put the thread on hold.
Another thing, after seeing that we are getting repeated posts on our thread we could have rushed carelessly and have completed all the orders using bots so as to resume our thread as soon as possible but we didn't do that. Knowing that these negative posts might harm our reputation we are not playing foul with anyone. We are giving the respectable time to each order as much it deserves. So, please tell me and not you I am asking to everyone if we can respect our clients request and can put the thread on hold so why can't you all give some extra days. Come on how many times I have to mention that this delay is just for the betterment in the ranking status. You only think if you weren't confident about the outcome of this Link Pyramid service have you been ordered two packages. I Suppose no. So please I do respect you and all of our wonderful client and hence I am saying sorry to everyone for our delay but please do give us time and let us complete the orders in an orderly matter so that no harm is done to the sites. We don't want any compromise in quality please have faith in us and hold on your patience a bit longer so that we can deliver some fruitful results and not just a useless messed up final report file.

I don't usually get on the thread but will say one thing. We are working around the clock on the projects. Every person is putting in everything they can to get all of the reports done. Remember, we want what is best, not just to hand you some crappy report file and then state that we finished. We realized panda updates, we adjust our strategies and are trying new things that are not listed in the package that will help keep your rankings. This is not a ploy or b.s to make you feel as if you should be patient all I am stating is that we will not stop working until every order is complete.

Since i paid for the service 4-5 days ago, my SERP rank has fluctuated significantly:
kw1: dropped from around 17 to 35-40.
kw2: rose from 180 to around 80.

This post is to notify that all those persons who are really in as rush to get their final report should pm us and we will be giving their report within 2days.But I want to mention even more clearly that after getting reports they can?t complain that they didn't got results. Any person who wants their refund can also pm us, it might be a Bronze, Silver or Gold no matter what package it is we are happy to refund rather than rush and mess up the whole stuff and later get reviews on our service being worthless.
I know I am sounding too rude but I guess the decision is solely due to some posts on our thread you prefer mocking at our service thread rather than focusing on the fact that Link building is a part of SEO and takes time and requires patience. It is impossible for almost all SEO masters to get their newly bought domain to #1 or even to first page.Don?t think that by this line I am assuring that we are a group of excellent SEO masters claiming that we will drag your domain to #1 within a couple of days as we are delaying, no I just want to say that we are atleast trying to do something good to your site. Even for a minimal package like Bronze we don?t rush. Each packages and each orders are of equal importance to us and if we don?t see results ourselves then we try to give some extra efforts manually which are not included in our packages and even we don?t charge for them but we love to give that extra effort and get some good rank for our client rather than placing some foolish comments and excuses like sorry your keywords is highly competitive it can?t be ranked or come on what you can expect from this minimal packages. Adding more to it I would like to state that even after the completion of our work and delivering the final report, we keep working on those site and run some extra steps(without charging extra pennies for them) so that they continue getting rise in their SERP even after the completion of their final work

I would just like to thank your whole team for your efforts. I have ordered a GOLD package about 3 weeks ago, maybe "complained" once about the later delivery however trusted them that it would take time and that if they rushed it i wouldn't get results....

So what did i get???? RESULTS!
I have left my initial review to at least a couple of days after receiving my report and so far i am very happy. After 4 days after my report was completed my SERPS changed from First page #8 to #6 (just happened overnight)... great since the competition is pretty damn tough (12,900,000 results - 16,000 exact search volume) for our keyword however i hope this position will increase a bit more... Maybe position 4 or 5.. but we will see!

All i can say is that this service is REALLY WORTH the wait and they do perform. They do everything manually and do it correctly. If you cannot afford to wait for a decent service then i suggest you go and buy an xrumer blast and see what rushing SEO really does to your site.

You guys have the thumbs up from me and i will be ordering more packages soon.

I will also be posting my 1 week review to update you on the SERP changes, i can only assume they will be good

I do have one question though, say in 3 weeks my serps stop rising, would it be advised to order another GOLD package to boost it even more? In other words what is your experience in repeat orders for the same keyword?

First off if people are asking about their report, then maybe its because you set unrealistic targets. If you say something will be delivered in x amount of days then its best to meet the deadline or be prepared to deal with complaints.

If you cannot meet the deadline then you should set more realistic deadlines, NOT SPENDING TIME TAKING NEW ORDERS further pushing back the deadlines!

Personally i have 5 orders with you and have never complained and only made a 'joke' comment about another member 'getting in line' and you seem to have taken that as mocking your service??

At the end of the day...many of us are waiting patiently and if you get complaints, well it was not our fault you set targets and did not meet them!

I am happy to wait patiently and hope to get good long term results but you just need to chill out and not take all this so seriously!!

I totally agree with you and we shouldn't have taken additional orders. We are sorry for the delays as we are working around the clock. I will say that we shouldn't have put the time frame the way it was set. That i am sorry for and will be a man enough to admit that. You have the right to complain, hell i would too, so i totally understand and for now on just realize that we will be only taking a certain amount of orders and the time frame will be much longer due to getting them the best possible ranking. I hope that clears everything up as we are not mad at all. I can speak for myself and say that in hindsight things should have been handled differently but life happens so I understand why some of you were very angry and you had every right. Also, want to just put down that we will do everything we can to rectify the situation and will keep the quality of the service high. Once again I apologize to all and I hope you accept my words as the last thing we would ever want to do is to make you wait so hope we can turn a new leaf.

Firstly, they advertise a TAT of 7-9 days. But once you place your order, they say "order date" and then "processing date". Your order only ACTUALLY gets started a few days later (4 days) after you order it. So from the get go, expect to wait 2 weeks not 7-9 days. As if thats not bad enough - they then deliver late. I initially placed an order on 2011-04-24, +4days +7-9days - means I was supposed to have gotten my orders by 2011-05-07 at the absolute latest. It is now 2011-05-24 AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ALL FOUR ORDERS! (I am still waiting for one of the four). On 2011-05-04 I stupidly ordered one more order for quarantine / SERPs review purposes. THAT order should have been delivered to me no later than 2011-05-17 - IT IS NOW A WEEK LATER AND STILL NO DELIVERY.

We love working on your order and it was a great pleasure for us. But we do deliver something which wasn't mentioned on OP pckages like 3 article for gold and 2 for silver instead of 1. I think you have seen that.

Overall communication with you is Zero. Thats not Our fault. Second out of your 4 orders, none of them is having really low competition keywords. If you do think so you better go to check it ten times. I wont mention the keywords but here is the deal, if you dont know what a keyword competition is please dont bother to mention that. Please learn it before making claim about that. for example :- I would spend $150 like you and would want you to rank me on page 1 for a keyword like "health" or "excel" without quotes. If you can do it i would pay you ten times the money of that $150. Thats what some of your keywords are. Top level keyword. I have spent more times on SEO than what you have spent buying services from seo forum. There is no such seo company who can turn there magic sticks on your sites and get you ranked on page 1 for your keywords in just one week. Last thing i wanna remind you, we are not providing a seo service or doing seo for your site. We are providing link building service. Its a part of seo, not full seo. Thanks for your time for your review. Wish you good luck with your business.

Last thing:- the reviews on our thread are not fake and they are real. We cant make everybody happy.
