I totally agree with your words but we are aiming a bit more then just taking the money in rush and delivering a report that stands no where as well as giving you a rank that jumps and falls quickly.We want to do the best that we can do for your site.
I had mentioned earlier and want to mention it again that we are not using any bots that might turn worthless, causing negative effect on your site.We want it all natural so that once your site's ranking jumps it can hold its position for a longer time.For this even after the project is over we don't immediately deliver the report.We check for 2-3days that is the ranking stable or not and hence the turnaround times exceeds then the actual time mentioned in the thread.
I hope that you too want a stable ranking and all of those persons who are placing their orders want the same as well.We can deliver the order in just two days from the date of payment using bots but trust me siphoner it wont turn out good.SEO is all about time and patience and as LP is part of SEO you should have a bit more patience and cooperate with us.
I know all of you have kept faith in us and we don't want to let you all down.We might have delayed but hopefully we wont disappoint you with our work.
A bit more cooperation and patience is definitely expected.

These guys are awesome. Cut them some slack on the timing - they deliver and the results are exceptional. As they say - no bots are used and they are extremely thorough.

I was having some problems with my site.... Internalsoul is being very helpful, he is going past the call of duty to give me support.
As far as customer service is concerned, Internalsoul and his team is 2nd to none.

This looks interesting, and I think I am going to order the gold package. Everyone seems to be having success with it.

All you needed to do was be upfront about the task taking longer than you advertise it will take. A simple PM or email would have been helpful. And expecting a bit more cooperation and patience from your clients is extremely rude when you tell me you will deliver days earlier than you are actually planning to.
All it takes is some communication from you, that is what is expected.
Further, you say you wait 2-3 days after finishing the work to send the report....well not according to the publish date on some of the articles you don't. Many were published on the 26th, the report was sent on the 27th.
The work you do may be great, and I'm sure it will help my site - but better communication is needed, and if the work takes 20 days to complete -just be upfront and we will know what to expect.
